Am I the only person who likes this place? I've been going here for almost a year, and I always love my results. I don't really care which woman does my brows because they've all given me fairly consistent results. I used to do the 3 month unlimited pass and come every week (Hey! I'm Mexican and my hair grows fast!), but after about 6 months, my brows started growing in slower and finer. Now I buy the 6-use pass and come every 10-14 days. Since I come in mostly for clean-up and not shaping, I guess I can't argue with the other reviewers below, but I would urge you to at least give it a chance. I am definitely an advocate for threading over waxing since this is the only thing that has caused my hair to grow in slower and finer :) read more

First time here. Farah is a true artist. My eyebrows look amazing because of her. Thank you so much! Great customer service. Will definitely be a loyal client to Farah. read more

Oh. My. Gosh. I really wish I had something good to say about this place. Positives: They are in a convenient location and the wait wasn't too long (without an appointment) I had my eye brows threaded there by one of the women there and had eye lash extensions put in by another. My eye brows would have come out nicely except she sliced my eyebrow open. Not a simple little knick, but a full on bloody cut. I was holding a tissue to my eye brow for the next 15 minutes waiting for the bleeding to stop. She didn't make me pay for it, but still, I have a scar and that is no fun. 30 minutes later I had my eye lash extensions put in. As a daily user of fake eye lashes, I was excited at the idea of not having to put them on every day. IT WAS SO EXCRUCIATINGLY PAINFUL! The glue serum the older woman used kept dripping into my eye and every time I closed my eye in pain she would yell at me! She barely spoke english so when I tried explaining I was in pain, she didn't understand. The eyelashes, at the end, looked TERRIBLE. They were all clumped together, the actual eyelashes were glued together I couldn't even run an eyelash comb through it. That same day, as the eyelashes were glued together, the ends started scraping my eye. I couldn't open my eye. The next day the entire chunk of eyelash came off! TAKING A CHUNK OUT OF MY REAL EYELASHES WITH IT! To this day I am still missing a chunk out of my eyelashes. I went in that day. They would not give me a refund and instead insisted on fixing it. The same lady put new eyelashes on, still looking chunky and terrible, and within the hour they fell off. again. Between paying for painful ugly extensions that lasted 2 weeks, fake eyelashes to put on my missing chunk for the next 2 months, and the bad customer service (she didn't speak english and no refund) I will never ever ever go back. BE CAREFUL! read more

I come here with my friend to get our eyebrows done, It's one of the things that we do to bond. Luckily when we went Maggie was there and she's worth the wait, she's amazing, I don't think my eyebrows have looked as beautiful as when she's done them for me. I have gone back, and the last girl decided to "correct" my eyebrows and I didn't mind, but it did feel like she was threading the hair one by one, maybe she was new but the eyebrows started to grow different, and I had to wait a couple of weeks to kind of grow them out to go back, but I think this time I want to make sure that Maggie will be there, she does a great job! Unless there's someone else here that you guys know is good, definitely go with Maggie read more

I've had nothing but a great experience here. Be specific about what you want. This place is clean, inexpensive, and I've always had great results. read more

The only reason this place is getting four stars is because of Maggie! She is amazing!!! I will never again go there if she is not working. I made that mistake twice in the past and left very upset. Please try Maggie :) read more

Sometimes I'll go and I loved what I paid for, others times I don't. When I first started coming I was pleased, don't get me wrong! My favorite time ever I got my brows done by anyone was from here (I don't know who is who), but I stopped coming because they are too unreliable. (Maybe I should learn who is who). The past couple of times I went, I wasn't too pleased, with the same reasons as others because my brows were too thin and arched. However, I can't forget the amazing time I got them done from here before. Also, one time someone over threaded too much that my skin got cut a little. I thought it was normal for threading (it was only like my second time I got threading) but now I realize that no one should cut the skin, even if it is just slight. read more

I've been going here since I was in high school back in 2014, and ever since I moved to Ohio I can't find someone who does my brows as good as Farah! She is the absolute best and is super thorough when doing your brows! I highly recommend coming here and requesting her. Whenever I come to Cali to visit, I always make sure to visit her at Brow Arc. read more

SIMA!! She's literally the best one to go to for threading! She always has my eyebrows looking great. She shapes them exactly how I like them and also double cheeks to make sure ! definitely recommend Sima 100% to anyone. you're satisfied with your eyebrows. She's very sweet and always makes conversation with us. She already knows my mom, sister, and boyfriend because we always come just to see her. read more

Zoya is very nice and professional, she is the only one who I trust to let her do my eyebrows, thanks zoya ;)

10/10 would recommend, Farah got me my shape I've been wanting for the past 3 years and no one could do it besides her!

Marzieh is my absolutely favorite!! I will never go anywhere else she does them perfect every time!! Come here it's a great price and she's the best!!! The brow arc is a great place I love it here! read more

Marzieh is wonderful. Always friendly and ready to attend. My brows are always on point!!!

I only come here to get my brows done by Farrah. I always make sure she's in before I get there, because she is a true gem. I've been going to her for years now and she keeps my eyebrows thick and shaped perfectly. read more

Today was my first and last time trying out this location. I went in for a clean up and I'm not sure what the lady thought she cleaned but my eyebrows looked the exact same as before she started. I was left with a lot of hair that I had to pluck out myself AND I was charged $15 for a mediocre job. If I'm paying $15 for eyebrows, I expect perfection. Will not be returning. Save your money, you're better off cleaning them up yourself. Truly the worst threading job I've ever gotten done. read more

I've been a customer here for about two years! I would highly recommend that you ask for FARAH! She is a miracle worker! I appreciate that she always takes her time with each customer making her work consistent and reliable. You might have to wait a little longer to see her, but she is well worth the wait! read more

Love this place I even moved more then 40 min away and I still come every week just to come see farah! She does amazing work!! My eyebrows are always on point! read more

This is my second time at Brow Arc with Sima... she is phenomenal and patient... she did exactly what I wanted and didn't make my eyebrows super skinny like others have! She even filled me in with some powder! I just got a membership and will now be a lifetime customer with her! read more

I've been a customer for years and go to Sima! I am so glad she is back. She always listens to how you want your eyebrows and leaves them looking perfect each and EVERY time!! read more

Marzieh is my go to girl. She's always consistent and thats SUPER IMPORTANT to anyone who gets their eyebrows done. I traveled out of state a couple years ago and my eyebrows were threaded waaay too thin. It took over a year to recover and Marzieh helped me along the way. Now my eyebrows are back and fuller than ever. I can't say enough good things about her. She's always sweet and always takes her time. read more

I LOVE BROW ARC!!!!! Mainly because of MARZIEH who literally slays some brows!!! She is the truth! I'm very emotional about my eyebrows. Lol I was disappointed when I went to brow arc and used someone else because Marzieh was on vacation. (Please don't ever do that again ) J/K Just saw her earlier this evening and now my eyebrows are back to normal! She takes her time and makes sure you're more than happy with her work which is what I love about her. read more

I've never had such a horrible experience like I did today. The lady that i usually go to downstairs on Saturdays wasn't there, so I went upstairs. The lady working on the right side chair was who did my eyebrows. HUGE mistake. And weirdly enough theres no name of the person who worked on you ob the receipt. I sat on the chair and she told me "up" okay that's what they usually say to hold your bottom and upper eyebrow so I did. She had the audacity to grab me by my armpits and pull me up. Holy sh*t was I pissed but I was already there and i needed to get my eyebrows done badly. She happened to cut my 4 TIMES!! I know a cut happens once in a while but that lady left me feeling dirty and uncomfortable . I was in a rush today so i wasn't able to speak to the manager but rest assure me when I go back i am reporting her. read more

I have been coming here for about 2 years . I love Farah! She's the best and truly listens for what you want!

Brow Arc - Waxing Near Me - Valencia, California

Went to Farrah a couple weeks back forgot to write her a review then but she is so sweet...she did my brows and she did amazing!!

I've been coming here for 5 years and Farah has taken care of me. She pays attention to detail and tries always to match the shape of my eyebrows. She is friendly and does a great job. Lots of people wait to have their brows done by her and the wait sometimes can be long during busy times. I love her work and would recommend her! read more

I've been coming here since it first opened at the Valencia mall. One time they messed up my eyebrows so I stopped going but now Marzieh has my eyebrows back in shape. I always go to her and don't let anyone else touch them. She knows how to shape them and never takes off too much and asks before she does anything. I love her work and her personality is great as well! read more

I've been coming to this place for about two years. Deepa is the only one that helped my eyebrows obtained their best natural shape. She is also gentle. I keep coming back because of Deepa. read more

Marzieh is absolutely amazing ! I had no pain at all. The service was quick and the results are amazing !!!!

I didn't want to give a 1 star review because I've had great experiences here in the past but I came in today and was floored with what happened today. I've been coming here regularly for over 2 years and at other brow threading places before that and have never had someone tweeze my brows after threading them! What's the point of going to a threading place if I'm going to be tweezed? I'm willing to go back and finish out my membership as long as I don't get the same person (woman's initial starts with Z.) again, because I'm really hoping the others working there are better. read more

The first time I went here, it was Sima who did my eyebrows. I was amazed cause I've always teared up every single time I had my eyebrows done, but it was pretty much painless with her. I just said what I always say every single time I get my eyebrows threaded - "Just clean it up, and keep it as thick as possible" - and she delivered! Went back earlier and was just as satisfied as the first time. She even took the time to clean up my eyeliner cause it got all smudged up lol. For virtually painless threading experience and good results, definitely ask for her. Most importantly, communicate what you want! read more

This place is very nice and I've been taking my daughter for her eyebrows occasionally. We always go to Sima. She does great and my daughter loves her job. "It doesn't hurt when she treads", my daughter always says. I recommend her to anyone who's going to tread for the first time. Sima works magic! read more

I love this place ! I walked by one day & remembered I used to get threaded about 17 years ago! Got tired of waxing so, figured I would try it well over a year ago ! I was greeted by a very friendly lady when I walked in named Sima ! She is an absolute sweetheart ! I get my lip, chin & brows threaded ! Sima makes sure to get every last hair & takes her time ! Sima is very polite & awesome! I always ask for her when I go & I will wait however long ! Semi knows how to get my exact arch ! She left for awhile & I continued to go as all the girls are great but, she is back & I'm even more thrilled!! I go every 2 weeks ! Sima rocks ! read more

Marzieh is the best!! She is so friendly and fun to talk to. She is also very quick yet efficient and has helped my eyebrows grow back to almost perfection. I've been coming to her for about a year now and I have noticed and HUGE difference!! Love it so much more than waxing!! She is a sweetheart!! My kids love coming in to see her as well!!! read more

I have been looking for a brow place in the scv as most places tend to leave my forehead really red or are simple out of my budget. Brow Arc is the perfect place as the employee, Jyoti did a wonderful job and their prices fit my budget. A wonderful experience that recommend to all. Also, I bought the membership in 2019 and was wondering if it still worked in 2020? Thank You! read more

Love the service! Zoya made my disproportionate brows look great and was very quick with everything!
