Hands down the best place to get your eyebrows done, but I truly enjoyed the way Vibha makes you feel is truly the best! She is so kind and makes you feel welcomed! read more

Farah is my go to person for my eyebrows for about 5 years now. She knows exactly how to execute the look I'm going for. She did my eyebrows for a brand photo shoot and they came out amazing. I'm grateful for Farah. She's always so personable and kind. read more

Don't go there especially with Dyba(deba) not sure how to spell her name! Long story short I had the three month membership. Last time I was there I went with Deba and I asked her to leave the shape and clean only. I told her I like the shape of my eyebrows, just clean. She didn't listen and she made them so so thin. I used to get complements on my eyebrows. Now people are asking me what happened because it's obvious now. I told all my family and friends to don't go there. Now I lost my membership cause I have a month left and I don't want to go back plus I want my eyebrows to grow. Every one will read my review will feel the struggle because it takes too long for your eyebrows hair to come out. read more

Today was a good day as always. Got my eyebrows done by Marzieh to get ready for the holiday weekend. They were done with perfection. Cleaned up and perfect arch. There was some pain but very doable. It wasn't my first time here and definitely not my last time. Be back soon read more

Trust me ladies when I say the only brow artist I go from there is Vibha! She takes her time and is constantly making sure your eyebrows match. She always leaves them so snatched! I only go there when she's working she's soo good and one of the newer brow artists! read more

Went to go get my eyebrows done. After being made to hold my bag while she's telling me to fix my eyebrows and try not to drop it. I asked her if she had anywhere that I could place it. The workers there decided to allow the table that was 2 feet away from my chair that was supposed to be used for my things to be used by a child being seen by someone else and thought it would be a good idea to ask me to share the space on the table for my purse with the child. Well no one was watching because she would be doing my eyebrows and I would have to have my eyes closed. I would have to leave my purse next to a 5 to 7-year-old child with no supervision well, he also sat in the area. I was getting my eyebrows done rather than in the area his mother was. When I said that was inappropriate rather than moving the child and asking them to sit in the area next to their mother, they told me to leave my purse in the waiting area. This is at mall not to go back after this because that was completely inappropriate and I hope after having to force them to keep my bag next to me, they realize that that was extremely unappropriate. read more

My go-to brow spot -I've been coming here since 2012 and everyone has done a great job. Sima is by far the best and I've tried various artists. Sima takes her time and truly listens to your needs. I will show her pictures and she will advise the best shape for your brow. Plus - it doesn't hurt when she threads! She has a great technique. I live about an hour away now but I drive to Sima because she's the only one I trust with me brows! read more

Brow Arc - Waxing Near Me - Valencia, California

I'm sorry I have to write a bad review because I actually liked how my brows looked. I bought a frequent brow card and the one thing that PISSED me off is that the sign says " as low as 5.00". WRONG. Its 6.66 for a frequent card worth 6 times( so 40.00). I asked " when does it come out to 5.00" and she said " never, it used to be 30.00 for a card, but they wont change the sign. So, total false advertising in my book. As a lawyer, that is a big NO NO to me. Next, the 2nd time I went, I got a horrible infection. The gal who did my brows dropped the thread in the barbicide. She took it out, and threw it away, but I dont think she washed her hands after that. My brows broke out in a rash. I had to see a doctor and get a prescription for cream. I ended up calling Brow Art's main office and they refunded me the amount of the frequent card, the doctor co-pay and the amount of the cream. So dissapointing. read more

I came here for the first time based on good reviews and I was happy I did! I have one brow that always has an issue with uneven hair growth and This was fixed right away by Sima - she made them look matched and great !! Highly recommend read more

Went here for my first threading. Girl could not speak enough English to even get by. I could not have a conversation to establish any information about threading or what my options were even tho I'm sure she wanted to be able to help. If there were any other people in the shop who DID speak English, they were not in the room, and she made no move to go get them. When I tried to ask for an arch, she did manage to convey flat out I couldn't get any shape because my eyes were round. Funny that, since waxers have been shaping my brows for years. Because I wanted to experience threading, (and I really needed to tame what I had been growing out) I let her do my brows, putting MUCH faith in her knowing her craft. She cleaned around the edges and left two thick, saggy caterpillars on my face. I thanked her and left definitely disappointed in my experience and deciding never to go there again. I wasn't even sure I'd want to try threading again with anyone else. In a later conversation with a manicurist, she recommended Nina at Touch & Glow. OMG... What a difference! Fairly painless, and not only did she consider shaping my brows with an arch, she told me why I would WANT to. Forget Brow Art. Go see Nina at Touch&Glow!!!! read more

My skin is super sensitive and waxing tends to burn my skin. My skin does significantly better with threading. Marzieh is AMAZING! I have been coming here for 2 years now and I call beforehand to make sure she is in. She is a complete professional, does thorough work, and is awesome! She also reminds me not to pluck my own eyebrows because I tend to thin them out. Any compliments I get for my eyebrows issue to her handiwork. read more

I have been coming here to get my brows done for about a year. I have sat with many staff and finally found one that I really like. Raj does an excellent job with my brows. She takes her time and really focuses on me. Believe it or not, before I met Raj, I've sat through sessions where the staff are talking on their cellphone while working on me! I usually just get my brows cleaned up but opted to try getting them shaped. I did this the first time Raj worked on me and I am happy I waited. Raj shaped by brows beautifully. I went in today and sat with Raj. As usual she did an excellent job. I definelty recommend Raj if you need your brows done. read more

I wish I could give a review on the actual brow services. I called as soon as they opened this morning and asked if I needed an appointment. The lady on the phone said that they took walk-ins for the services I needed. I asked what time they closed and she said 7. I told her I got off work at 6 and would be there right before 7. I asked if this would be too close to closing. She said no, as long as I am there before 7 they will service me. I walked into the shop at 6:54 and was rudely told they were closed for the day because it was 7pm. I showed her how it was 6:54 on my phone and explained that I spoke with someone over the phone this morning who said as long as I was there before 7, I could get my brows done, so I drove 40 minutes after work to get to them. She again said no, they are closed. She then started clearing out their register, still not 7pm yet. Three other people went in after me and got the same answer. Maybe the closing time should be listed at 6:45pm, or maybe don't tell customers that they will be serviced as long as they get there at 7. Will not be back to find out if their services are worth the trouble. read more
