I want to say when I first came here, I did like it. More recently, I have just come to never want to come here again and I didn't renew my membership or 10 pack, whatever it's called. I had cancer about 3.5 years ago and along with that I lost my hair everywhere including my eyebrows. They have grown back, but not as full as they were. Every time I've been here, they offer me a service like a henna or tint, or make some comment how un-full my brows are or how they're growing so unevenly. I understand upselling, but my god, I am so proud of my eyebrows for growing back. It makes me literally relive my cancer every time I come here and they comment. I politely say no and then it's brought up at least two more times. I am so tired of reliving my cancer experiences when I come here. It just makes me want to cry. read more

I'm so sad.. I've been here a couple times before and I unfortunately couldn't remember the lady's name I usually went to. Anyways the people there (Three of them) on April 23,2023 kept reassuring me they knew what they were doing. When it was obvious they didn't once they started. I get laminated brows very often and when the lady was done she kept wiping them off with water ( which from what I've always been told you don't get them wet with water for 48hrs) and I express that - the lady just dismissed me and said it was fine. They look like they didn't even get a service done) I said that also, and she just grabbed aquaphor and said how about now? ( note: I do know that's the after care but the before should look like you did something to it and this holds it in place) also, with tinting. I said I don't like it in the front because I like a more natural look. She did it anyways after I said so and with the whole eyebrow I can feel how uneven it was.. thought she'd go in and fix it. I looked and she did it with a Q-tip which explains why! But now I'm uneven especially in the front and my eyebrows do not match! When she was done she asked if it was okay and I said not really but the damage was done what could they do?! She just replied with "oh.." And when I went to the front the lady brought me a paper that says " I can't request a refund" HA. It was obvious I was not happy and expressed that, that you think they would at least offer a discount or something or have me just pay for the threading. Did I mention that my eyebrows do not look laminated? Again I said that right before she handed me the paper of " No refunds" I'm sad. I thought I found my place but unfortunately I did NOT. This makes me not want to go here again. The stars I am giving is just because I miss the girl who would always be there before and do them. The stars go to her. ( short, maybe Mexican young woman- wish I could remember her name! Loved her) Unfortunately it was clear they/ she didn't know what they were doing but at least could thread. So my wife has been going here for 2 plus years . . She pays for her eyebrows per time she goes. So 2 session at a time. I wanted to get her gift cards for places she does so I thought this would be a good idea. Marizeh was the employee who helped me but stole from me. I bought my wife a pack of 6 sessions totaling 71.59. As I bought the gift card and I left This employee charged me a session the day I bought the sessiks for my wife... Charging 1 session thay I didn't even use .. I just left getting my eyebrows done here. And with such disappointment I will not be returning. Not only was I specific on what I wanted, but she left my eyebrows worse had I just left them hairy. My right eye brown is thinner and shorter than the one on my left. I am a member and won't be using the rest of them. And while I am very specific, I showed two friends the aftermath and both said now they are noticeably different. I went last night (7:15) for a henna eyebrow tint and was told they were out and not sure when they would be getting it in. Seeing as I made the trip, I said I would just get a regular tint and was discouraged from that. I've gotten tints before as I have some greys and it works well but wanted to to try the henna as it fills in the sparse areas. But, to just let me essentially know that there's nothing they could do for me was disappointing to say the least. On the good side, the place is very clean and comfortable looking. My big gripe here though (because I'll just go to another place for service) is that I called to make sure they could accommodate me and there's only a recording which assures you that no appointment is necessary and highly encourages you to walk in. She is really good. I've had my brows done by other girls as well. They are all very skilled. I really like how its walk in. Horrible experience! Lady using her same gloves touching everything throws away last costumers dirty items used and just starts touching my face. Then she starts filling out my eyebrows with makeup when I was coming in for threading only. does a second of threading and just goes okay I'm done. I've been in here before and never reviewed it. From my past experiences, I remembered it going well and not taking too long. The store is nice and clean, they have another one downstairs if they get busy which is nice. They all seem friendly and nice enough. The prices are reasonable. I grew up waxing so when I started threading, it was a weird concept to me. Plus, when you first do it and you watch them hold one end in their mouth, it gets extra weird. But I love that it's quick, easy and its not a whole ripping it all out at once process. Today wasn't busy when we walked in but it was full by the time we left. Went to go get my eyebrows done. After being made to hold my bag while she's telling me to fix my eyebrows and try not to drop it. I asked her if she had anywhere that I could place it. The workers there decided to allow the table that was 2 feet away from my chair that was supposed to be used for my things to be used by a child being seen by someone else and thought it would be a good idea to ask me to share the space on the table for my purse with the child. Well no one was watching because she would be doing my eyebrows and I would have to have my eyes closed. I would have to leave my purse next to a 5 to 7-year-old child with no supervision well, he also sat in the area. I was getting my eyebrows done rather than in the area his mother was. When I said that was inappropriate rather than moving the child and asking them to sit in the area next to their mother, they told me to leave my purse in the waiting area. This is at mall not to go back after this because that was completely inappropriate and I hope after having to force them to keep my bag next to me, they realize that that was extremely unappropriate. read more
