I have been getting my eyebrows done by Sima for a while now, and I have not been disappointed. Sima is very professional and nice.

I've gone here before and I don't know what I was thinking trusting them to do my eyebrows again. This is the third time they have messed up my eyebrows. I came in today and specifically told her I just wanted to clean them up, but she completely messed up them up. Especially one of them she threaded too much from the center of the face and now one of the eyebrows is even farther apart from my nose. This is crazy ! Went inside because there was hardly any people, 3 people waiting, to be exact. Put my name down on the list. There were 2 people working so I thought I would be done fairly quick. I waited for 25 minutes. And when it was finally my turn the older lady crossed off my name and skipped to the next person. Once the other customer was seated. She then asked if I had signed in and that's how I noticed she had skipped over me. Meanwhile the other girl working was still with the same customer she had been with since I walked in. Having a conversation, by the register. I decided to leave. I had been there previously and wasn't really satisfied with the service but I thought maybe it was just a bad day for them so decided to try again, and the outcome was even worse. I've been here twice, and I've been nothing but happy with my visits! It's very close to my home, and there's never been a wait. The first time I went my eyebrows were a mess because I get lazy, an older woman did them and shaped them perfectly, I was very happy with it! The second time was a younger woman who asked how thick I wanted them and how much of an arch which concerned me about the first woman because she did not ask, but I've been extremely happy with the way they both turned out! Today I went to the Brow Arc kiosk, The lady who was doing eyebrows (didn't catch her name) had a client before me who seemed like a friend because they were chit chatting a lot which was fine because I wasn't in the chair yet, but once I got called over for my turn she was still talking to the other client while I was just sitting there waiting. So once she started on my eyebrows which hurt more than usual she was still talking and kept stopping to engage more in her side conversation. Once the customer left she gave me her full attention but then took a phone call. Once she was finished my eyebrows were two different shapes, uneven, and she didn't take all of the hair off in some parts and took too much off in others. All in all she was a nice lady but her behavior was very unprofessional. And her focus wasn't on doing my eyebrows, it was on her side conversations. This is not the first time I've had problems with the brow arc employees messing up my eyebrows but this was the last straw, lesson learned. Very disappointed and will be looking elsewhere in Santa Clarita to get my eyebrows done. read more

I have been coming to this place for a couple of years now after having an unpleasant experience in a different threading salon. My first visit was with Farah and since then I really don't want anybody else to do my eyebrows, but her. She is nice and professional at the same time. She is also very gentle and I never got any irritation. She takes her time to make sure that my eyebrows are even. She can perfectly match the shape of my eyebrows with my face. This place is awful. I walked in and told the lady I specifically wanted "just a clean up". By the time she was done she handed me a mirror so I can take a look at them they were horrible. My left eyebrow was way thinner than the right one. Never again will i EVER go back to this place. It's horrible. I definitely don't recommend it if you're looking to get nice eyebrows. read more

I had grown out my brows for sometime to get them nicely done for Christmas. My natural brow shape is arched and easy to follow but Unfortunately this place totally over threaded my brows left them completely uneven and misshaped. I had specifically requested for my brows to be left as thick and natural as possible. The lady who did my brows kept getting distracted and my session kept getting interrupted. When she showed me my brows I wanted to cry! I told her I did not like it at all! I told her they were completely over threaded and uneven. The lady kept trying to convince me that she did a good job and to allow her to thread more off! We went back and forth and finally requested to speak to a manager. I spoke with Lynnda over the phone regarding my experience and even sent a picture of my brows to her in a email. Even though she did have the store give me a brow filler for free and did not charge me for the service ; her apology fell short. I will not be coming back to this place and do not recommend it to anyone. read more

Stopped in today to have brows threaded, had tried to get in twice this week, once on Sunday and again on Monday. On Sunday the girl in the shop could not speak english very well and could not find the details of my purchase of a six month card. I had lost mine and they would not replace it saying they would keep track of my visits in a book that they keep. On Monday the salon was fully packed and the wait was longer than I could allow for. As luck would have it my card expired on the 23 of January, last Wednesday. That was two days ago. Although I had only used two of my six purchases, attendants would not do my brows today without and addtional purchase. Thus do to the lack of customer service I paid three times as much as I should have for the two threadings that I did get for my purchase of six. Bargain prices for multiple visits do expire! So be aware. Customer service, NONE! COURTESY sadly lacking. There are many more salons that do the same work and the prices are more than competitive. Just look on Yelp for threading salons in Santa Clarita, and no I do not work for Yelp. read more
