I was told they could do both, so I drove about 35 miles from Crockett. When I arrived, I was informed they could install the tires but could not do the alignment. I assumed something unexpected had happened, so I had the tires installed only, without getting the alignment. Before leaving, I specifically asked if I came back on Saturday whether they would be able to do the alignment. I was assured that they could. The next day, I drove another 35 miles back to Palestine, only to be told once again that they could not perform the alignment because no technician was available. That's two round trips and well over an hour and a half of driving based on information that turned out to be incorrect. The price on the tires was good, and I appreciate that. However, repeatedly being told a service was available when it wasn't wasted a significant amount of my time and fuel. Whether it was poor communication or poor scheduling, customers deserve accurate information before making the trip. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed.

I came here to get my Avalon serviced and they were very helpful and the prices for service are very fair, it was $24.95 for my 3 month oil change (using their online coupon). My car was in and out in about a half hour and there was a very nice waiting area, where I was able to charge my phone, get a free snack, and just relax. I have owned my own store and have been involved in the auto industry for over 15 years and I can say that I have great confidence in this dealership's future and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a car.
