I had a frustrating experience with theTire Store Service Center on 155 in Palestine. On Friday, I…read morecalled ahead to ask if they could install two new tires and perform a four-wheel alignment. I was told they could do both, so I drove about 35 miles from Crockett. When I arrived, I was informed they could install the tires but could not do the alignment. I assumed something unexpected had happened, so I had the tires installed only, without getting the alignment. Before leaving, I specifically asked if I came back on Saturday whether they would be able to do the alignment. I was assured that they could. The next day, I drove another 35 miles back to Palestine, only to be told once again that they could not perform the alignment because no technician was available. That's two round trips and well over an hour and a half of driving based on information that turned out to be incorrect. The price on the tires was good, and I appreciate that. However, repeatedly being told a service was available when it wasn't wasted a significant amount of my time and fuel. Whether it was poor communication or poor scheduling, customers deserve accurate information before making the trip. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed.

The facilities are up to date and I'm very impressed with their inventory selection. I came here to get my Avalon serviced and they were very helpful and the prices for service are very fair, it was $24.95 for my 3 month oil change (using their online coupon). My car was in and out in about a half hour and there was a very nice waiting area, where I was able to charge my phone, get a free snack, and just relax. I have owned my own store and have been involved in the auto industry for over 15 years and I can say that I have great confidence in this dealership's future and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a car.

Best dealership experience I've ever had! Bought a van from…read morethem about 6 months ago. The salesman David, was very honest and up front about pricing and associated costs. I live nearly 100 miles from this dealership - I had reached out to him ahead of time about a van I saw via Autotrader and thought was a good value. He made sure I was the first one to see it since I had been the first to reach out - I really appreciated that. Paperwork only took a couple of hours compared to the nearly full day I've experienced at other dealerships. Once we signed paperwork, the van still needed some final touch-ups, so I was to pick it up the next day. Well I had a family emergency occur, and David was nice enough to have it arranged to be dropped off at my house. Like I said, best dealership experience ever. I will only buy from them if I have the opportunity!
