This place is awesome and has a very "home" feel to it. After a 5 hour drive and looking for something to eat their menu had a little bit of everything, and I tried most of it. Tacos, molcajete, ceviche, and a burrito. I think we had just beat the rush because it was empty so the cashier/server/cook was very helpful. I bet he is like that even on a rush hour too. Brothers 3 is a great little hole-in-the-wall Mexican spot. The food was good, and I loved the charm of the small plaza it's in--there are other cute and cool places nearby to check out as well. The vibe inside gave me that old-school Mexican dining experience, which made the meal even more enjoyable. It's a bit out of my usual commute, so I don't know if I'll be able to visit often, but I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to others. I had a very good chile relleno burrito from this third Brother's Mexican Food location. The burrito came with one chile relleno stuffed with white cheese, Mexican rice, and refried beans wrapped in a butter flour tortilla. The burrito was very tasty. The relleno tasted good, the rice was nice, and the beans flavorful. The only flaw was that there was some burnt rice in the burrito, likely scrapped off the bottom of the pan, but other than that, it was very good and filling. They make good hot sauces here too. I tried a couple of them. They offer free tortilla chips in a small container if you eat in. Service was very nice at the counter. Only inside seating is available. read more

So many great little places around the county. My pallet has expanded to look at seafood quality and soup quality. 1st attraction was Taco Wednesdays. I asked for 1 each of 4 of the 5 options for $1.99 tacos. It was an off-hour, so the young gentlemen guided me through different specialties on the menu overhead. Carne asada, pollo, pescado, and carnitas. I asked for a side of carrots and both habanero salsa and salsa verde. Love the smell and exhibition kitchen. Felt like home in a family kitchen. Hidden gem with some of the largest burritos I have ever seen. I ordered a delicious cabeza burrito with rice and absolutely loved it. The meat was tender and delicious and went well with the guacamole and salsa. The meat is not super flavorful so I definitely recommend adding their salsa verde as you eat. I came here because I saw in the picture outside that they have mole poblano and mulcajete seafood, but got disappointed when I looked in the menu and none of the food I want is there so I ordered the brother's burrito on the specialty burrito menu on the board. It was big so I was going to share it with my wife. I took some grilled onions and peppers which is actually good and the free chips but there's no salsa on the table to eat with the chips and when I got the burrito I ask for some salsa and I ask for red and green salsa but I was only given two salsa which is not even enough for the burrito and the burrito is so big, but when I got home and cut the burrito, there is like 3 pieces of shrimp and like 8 pieces of beef and it's mostly rice. I know I'm Asian and rice is like the staple for us, but getting a burrito and you get mostly rice not good. I could have gone to an Asian restaurant and ordered fried rice at least I know I'm getting mostly rice, I save half to my wife and she told me not to go to this restaurant again, she said it's not good. The person who was taking the order was also rushing me and I told him that I'm still deciding and few second later he was asking me again. I could have taken myself some time to read the menu and maybe I could have ordered something better. The restaurant is nice has nice seating area but they don't have salsa bar that people can get even if it's in the mini container already and in a bowl on top of ice so people can just grab them. read more

Accidentally stumbled across this place, and was very pleased! My family is a "Lolitas" fan, so this has been a transition for us LOL. First off, it's a small family owned business, which is awesome. The Mom and Dad are always there cooking, and it's great to support a business like this. They are very nice and polite. Second, they have a killer "Taco Tuesday" deal and their street tacos are great!!!! ($2.oo each) The food is always really good, and full of flavor. We have been probably 10 times now, and no complaints except for the one time I ordered a bean + cheese + guac burrito, and they forgot the guacamole. It's ok, it happens : ) The salsa offerings are good, but, it's not an open salsa bar like Lolitas. **Ask for chunky salsa, so good. The prices are very fair, and the portion size is larger than normal as well.
