I contacted that company and they said there was nothing they could do. So all the money I spent on the flyers was lost and the flyers were useless! Then someone suggested that I go talk to Steve at Copy Quick Printing in Menomonee Falls. I showed him the mistake on the flyers and asked if there was anything he could do to help me. He quickly came up with a solution that not only corrected the mistake, but also made the flyer look better. His costs were low and I was very pleased with the end result! Briggs & Stratton Corporation and Corporate People KNEW their engines in the snow throwers CAUGHT ON FIRE and STALLED OUT and WOULD NOT RUN,...and continued installing them for a LONG-LONG TIME in snow throwers!!!!!!!! You don't find out until you actually need the equipment which is then TOO LATE for you. I had the machine looked at and worked on at their authorized service center. After some weeks later I got the machine back and as you can expect the snow thrower DID NOT WORK and continued stalling and stopping when it was engaged in the snow. GREAT FIX Briggs & Stratton...!!!! The manager in Briggs and Stratton call Center STATED TO ME THIS IS MY ENGINE that does not work,.... NOT Briggs & Stratton,... and IT IS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX IT and according to them the machine that did not run and did not work and still does not is MY responsibility since they put their kit to fix it;.... WHICH may have stopped it from having fire shoot out the engine and carburetor BUT DID NOT FIX THE ENGINE. I'm usually here to return Amazon purchases and often end up waiting in line to hand my package to a staff member. During my visit today, I overheard an employee telling another customer that they have a self-service kiosk specifically for Amazon returns. I decided to give it a try, and it was easy breezy! Just scan your code, answer a couple of questions, print the label, and attach it to your package. Much better than waiting in line. I'll definitely be using the self-service option again.

When I got there I was told the new owner had raised the price to 51 cents per copy. What used to cost me a little over $100 was now almost $400. I was told the new owner had raised the price on copies to be competitive. I was also told the owner had called other UPS stores in the area to compare pricing before their price increase. I called other UPS stores in the area and found prices for copies were between 14 cents and 27 cents so this was a lie. Their copies are almost double what other UPS stores are charging. I think I will take my business to the one of the other UPS stores!

It nearly always results in making a phone call to 1 800 Go FedEx, and elevating a complaint. Worse yet, many of the toll free FedEx customer service reps speak poor or little English. I'm not sure if it was stolen through the delivery service or delivered to the wrong address in total neglect. If it was delivered to the wrong address and the receiving person opened the package and saw the expense merchandise, I'm pretty sure I'll never see my materials. This is a shame. The existence of a absolutely huge package delivery service that can't and won't step up to the plate and fix things that need fixing. Do I personally feel they are hiring people not qualified to be in this industry? Absolutely! Do I feel the issues people complain about are honestly a horrifying mixed bag of genuine mishaps, poor training, laziness, carelessness and actual intentional crimes? You better believe it! This is a package delivery service that is 'TUNING' customers away from retailers that use FedEx. 'THAT' in itself is impacting the sales of good decent retailers. (of course) Why would a customer spend hundreds of dollars or thousands of dollars at a retailer if there's a fear that the merchandise is going to end up in the FedEx twilight zone? I'm solving my issues with FedEx by 'NOT' shopping at retailers that ship with FedEx. If I'm stuck with a proprietary purchase that says it ships with FedEx, I get in-touch with them explaining FedEx is 'NOT' an option in completing the sale. So far, I've had nothing but compliance. If a shipper or any other retailer really wants to make money and keep your business, ...they will cooperate with your delivery request.
