This was my first visit to the store and one of the associates, Charlie, showed me around and explained a lot of the different bag designs and features. He was ever so helpful. I told him about one of my zippers having a snag and he told me to bring it into the store and they'll send it off for repair. If you're in the market for a well made bag, messenger, purse, or luggage, you must check out Tumi. It might cost a little more than some other brands, but the quality is there, trust me. Also, most bags have the tracer ID number on the bags and if you lose the bag, whoever finds it is able to report it to Tumi and reunite you with your lost bag! If that's not cool I don't know what is!

Though a smaller store they have a great selection of luggage and travel TUMI accessories. What I appreciate more than anything was the expertise of the store personnel. He was very knowledgable of the various regulations and accessed my travel needs and made several recommendations. He was patient and thorough in showing me various options. They also personalized my luggage within 5 minutes. Though TUMI is pricey, you get what you pay for and the quality is unmatched. In my case the personnel service was equal to the excellent product.
