I always had to initiate the conversation, then have to wait a few days to get any kind of reply, with excuses of why she didn't reply sooner. At least she replied to the website contact form? The second agent flat out ignored the inquiry. I don't know what they get as a kickback for booking a vacation, but I just booked a 6 full days vacation at an all-inclusive resort + flight + private transportation for next year and no one is getting a dime for it. I called back, was connected to the same person, politely asked again for the manager's name or escalation path, and they hung up a second time. Mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled and the lack of professionalism was incredibly disappointing.
