I believe this their business model. advertise low ticket price, make people believe it is a good deal, so they buy it. The next day they called and said that the price has gone up so I have to pay another 120 on top of what I paid. The irony is that when I checked the ticket price it was still advertise as low price. Their customer service does not listen and are very rude, I am not sure how they even have license to operate. Never, never, never deal with this company, you will end up paying alot more money than if you booked directly with the airline. People who are waiting for thier money, I think you should just dispute it with the credit card company, I don't think their intention is to pay back any money owning or for service they didn't provide.

It appears that all the travel agencies listed as options might be operating under one fraudulent umbrella. I was taken to Travelohelp and they sent me an itinerary after I gave my credit card info online but I never received the tickets. So I called them and they said they needed 36-48 hours to secure the tickets. I asked why when they committed to a price online, and they responded that it takes time to get these extremely discounted rates. I had a feeling this was fraudulent, so I emailed them and told them they had till x date and time to send the tickets or I'd notify my credit card company not to allow the charge. They sent the tickets and they checked out through my airline, however the next day they were removed and my account was tagged for fraud. They provided a fraudulent payment to the airlines and changed the email on my account, as they had my mileage information and everything.
