This company does not deserve even one start, they should be investigated and charged for their fraud. I believe this their business model. advertise low ticket price, make people believe it is a good deal, so they buy it. The next day they called and said that the price has gone up so I have to pay another 120 on top of what I paid. The irony is that when I checked the ticket price it was still advertise as low price. Their customer service does not listen and are very rude, I am not sure how they even have license to operate. Never, never, never deal with this company, you will end up paying alot more money than if you booked directly with the airline. Fraud company!Fake reviews on Trustpilot! Please stay away! I was booking my India tickets through the chat/call option on the Fly Deal Fare's website. The travel agent confirmed the flights and fare upfront but at the time of final booking, he changed the flights and increased the fare. Moreover, the e-ticket confirmation from the airlines never arrived even though my credit card was charged for the tickets. Upon calling up the airlines directly, I was told that they could not find the reservation on their system as the reservation was never made. I had to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. read more

There were tickets available, and they kept saying they couldn't book them for me. I even contacted the airline, even they confirmed that they had empty seats. never never never.. ONE THE THE TICKET WAS NOT CONFIRMED We booked flight through them from SFO-India-SFO. My dad was stuck at mumbai airport. His flight from Mumbai-vadodara was not confirmed and travel agent did not informed us.And we only knew when my dad reached at checking window, where they said his ticket was not confirmed. We had to call FDF customer service and they took 1+ hr to figure out the cause and reissue to ticket. Good that we had time on mumbai airport to figure out the stuff. I lost a lot of money booking flights from FlyDealfare. SingaporeAir takes 150 usd for rescheduling economy class tickets, where as FlyDealFare charged 400 usd for the same tickets. Beware and check all the cancellation charges and make sure it matches with that particular airlines. I had to follow up with airlines for refunds which ideally Flydeal fare should have to and lost 300$ for flight cancellation because of them because they did not cancel and follow with airline. Please don't approach this site. I had a flight time change 15 days before my departure and I haven't got a single notification by the website. Nor through mail, nor through phone. I had a loss 3000$ because of these guys' carelessness. They told I will have a free date change, that doesn't cost me penalty. Only the fare difference will be charged. By the time I asked them again for date change, they mentioned that it was only for 24 hours. I gave them a very good review at the start. Afterwards I got to know that I just got deceived. This is the WORST company and no one should ever use them, if I had option to give (-)ve star I may have done that. I had a booking with Qatar airways and I talked with qatar airways they said they will refund it but they don't have my payment details. I need to talk with travel agent. When I tried to talk with these guys they will say concern team is not available, finally when I was able to connect with them they said they can't issue refund as its partial used ticket. Airline is saying we will issue refund but we don't have info and these guys are not willing to give the refunds. Here is what airline told me specifically on the query and its in written. "As your booking reference XXXXX was issued through travel agent, please contact them directly for refund as they have access to your payment records" ... Every other sites are providing refunds, Expedia provided the refund to my friend on partial used ticket. They are FRAUDS. REQUEST ALL WHO READ THIS, DO NOT BOOK YOUR FLIGHT TICKETS THROUGH FLYDEALFARE. .. I will let every single person I know to avoid them. Worst customer service worst people. Also Qatar airways website says this "You also have the option to refund the unutilised value of your ticket to the original form of payment with no penalties or refund fees." Total unfair, they made profit of 100$ on just my kid's ticket. Total of 150$ profit. The agent was "parveen parveen". For my ticket I checked on Cathay pacific website before reaching to them, it showed 1067$, and they offered 1085$. Anyways the agent's spent some good time when I asked for options of long-layover in Delhi or dubai or HongKong and finally I went with regular itinerary, so I was ok for the little additional charge. Next when I was booking my kids ticket I trusted them and did not verify in website and they offered 965$ claiming with discount, but on direct website now I can see 867.09$. Ticket was booked 5 days before and even now I can see 867.09$. This is also quiet clear because I have separate transaction in my bank statement - 1067 , 867.09 (price matches exactly including cents with what it shows on site) & 134$ Agent fee as separate transaction read more
