They planned an entire Mediteranean vacation for us which included flights, hotels, necessary transports, a cruise through the Greek Islands and a trip to Italy visiting Rome and Florence, including the high-speed rail transport from Rome to Florence. All our accomodations were perfect, they set us up with all the documentation, emergency numbers, instructions to help us get through each part of our trip. On one occasion, we had a hotel booked in Rome, Italy (confirmation numbers and all) and upon arriving there was an error in the hotels system that was delaying our getting into the hotel) We didn't know what to do and so we called the Livonia Travel Agency (from Rome around noon - about 6am EST) and right away, the representatives at Livonia Travel Services were calling the hotel to resolve the issue. A half hour later, the hotel consierge approached us and took us to our room. I remember being so worried that we were going to have find another hotel last minute with all of our luggage, but thank goodness that didn't happen. That sort of thing definitely happens and it was great to see the Livonia Travel Service have our back and set things right. We will definitely continue using Livonia Travel Services in the future - the service is consistently thorough, knowledgeable, affordable and SO worth it. Since my son is in the Marines, we had to wait to confirm his leave and as we approached the holiday season, prices were steadily increasing. I accessed the chat feature on this website after spending hours searching. My first impression is that their customer service reps are fast and friendly. They gave quick and convenient flight suggestions based on my preferences. Even as I considered alternate days and departure locations, they worked with me to find the best fit. They were even patient and stood by on the chat as I was doing it from work and had to attend to my duties. We moved the conversation to a telephone call. They were very thorough in answering all my questions and explaining the process all the while continuing to be friendly and helpful. In a very quick and painless way, they had made my reservation. Not only did I get the best price available by far, but it was on a major airline that does allow carry-ons. From now on, I will be going straight to this site for all my travel needs!

They offered us tickets to Miami at about $320 per person, round-trip. Their website, using a different URL by the way (but ultimately leading to FlightForAll.com), stated there were 5 tickets available. Then the next day "Scott Phillips" sent an email, asking to call him back. When called "Scott Phillips" speaking with a distinct accent, stated tickets were sold out, that's a busy period, but -- eurika! -- he has other "discount" tickets, such as Frontier for $700 per person. I told him they are running a scam website, that this must be their business model, and that $700 tickets are easily available for anyone to purchase online, through Google Flights or Skyscanner. In two days they send an email saying they cancelled everything in their end. Of course I didn't believe them, as by then I read dozens of reviews of their scams and fraud. Before canceling and replacing the card, scammers from Flightforall.com (and their offshoots) have tried to resort to more fraud, and have been trying to make multiple charges on my card in Michigan, both travel and nontravel related. They even enrolled the card into their Samsung Wallet. All of their fraudulent charges were blocked and turned down. Card changed. I've asked an investigator to call me to pursue them. Beware of them -- they have multiple URLs, and also multiple office addresses where they are not located.

Our resort was changed 2 days before we left. We both got food poisoning even though we stayed away from the water and such. We spent 7 days in our hotel. The travel agent didn't even apologize. I ended up going to the resort company and getting our money back. I asked brookside travel to pay for our airfare and they didn't. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
