Quick and efficient, but also thorough. Wijy asked and listened to me explain my issues, and then adjusted my upper back and C2 on both sides. Very smooth. Range of motion and pain were immediately improved, but still a bit of pain. He also scraped some of the neck muscles to loosen them up...a real and unexpected bonus! Chelsey worked with me for over 4 months on my recovery and was incredible every step of the way. Chelsey is a master in her field, providing a combination of professional care, great conversations and a positive go forward attitude that helped make a very stressful experience so much more manageable. Chelsey taught me a great deal about functional exercises and I'm now incorporating many of the PT exercises she taught in my weekly workout regimes. He helped me by taking his time and talking with me about my ailments and explaining how to do my exercises. He showed me my at home exercises and never gave up on me. I went in a wreck with several injuries and Bill took his time with each injury and worked with me until I got better. I would have never managed to get better without his help. I have been to other therapist who just were interested in keeping me in therapy and not getting getting better. But Bill really had my best interest in mind.
