Why is it so difficult to show up to work and treat customers with a smile and make them feel welcome and wanted? This is the second time I've had an issue with the same gentleman he's consistently rude and snobby and treats people like he doesn't want them in his store. The sad part is that my company has probably spent over $50,000 in these stores and you would think that that would buy you a little bit of courtesy now I'm starting to understand while a lot of these people are going to the Mom and pop shops Tractor supply y'all need to do better with your employees. I drove to the store to pickup the tires and when I got ready to pay I was told the tires were $60 each. I complained that I was just quoted $50 but was told that somebody must have misread the price I was quoted. If I had been quoted the $60 price I would not have went in to pickup as that price is too high for the product. I bought the tires because I had already invested the time and gas to get to the store. I got jerked around and not going back to any of these stores any place on the face of the earth. I can overpay for parts anywhere. These stores had decent service when they were Brookside but nothing but a joke since acquired by King Ranch Ag and Turf. Will not get my business with this new service quality.

We bought 2 farm implements 10 years ago. After listening to our needs, and at their…read morerecommendation, we bought a 7 foot heavy duty shredder and an 8 foot disk mower. Just this year, we had to do our first major maintenance on the modern ag products heavy-duty shredder/bush hog. The stump-jumper pan finally gave out and needs to be replaced ($200-$250). Other than the annual greasing and gearbox oil check, we haven't had to do anything other than clean it after shredding and we have done some heavy shredding with it and it is not shedded. We appreciate their experience and advice and will be doing business with them again as we upgrade to a 15' mower (still keeping our 7' shredder). As for our 8' disk mower we have never had to do anything with it other than the usual annual maintenance. Wharton isn't the closest town with a tractor shop (we are in Bay City), but our next purchase will be with them.

This is my first 1-star review. Eli Ramos was very quick to show up at my house the very next day…read moreafter my inquiry for his services. But once paid in full, he disappeared. He did not fulfill a promise to return to power wash some cemented areas. I decided to reach out to Eli to resolve this issue, along with some other issues I had with his craftsmanship. He did offer to pay the $50 to get the power washing done, but made sure I knew he never said the power washing would be free. But he also never said upfront about it costing extra money. Aside from the power washing, please look at the photos to see that there are gaps in the fence work and two of the fence pickets he used are not up to standard - they don't even reach the base board! The picket closest to the side of the house is not even a full piece of wood! This is disappointing bc I am not an unkind person and do believe in giving grace, especially during this pandemic. However, it is NEVER okay as a business owner to ignore clients. He left me on "read" via text and only responded when I told him I no longer needed him to come fix HIS SLOPPY WORK. All he had to say was, "OK". Very different guy from before I paid him.
