This is a solo practice where they work hard to make sure a patient doesn't wait for their scheduled appointment. So unlike the other dermatology practices in the area that feel like factories with waiting rooms overflowing with people long overdue for their appointments. The staff at Dermatology Associates is always warm, welcoming, and professional. They are extremely helpful and pleasant. What a nice feeling to walk into this office! Since there was no reminder I did not know I had an appt and was in the middle of dealing with a personal emergency. They sent me a bill trying charge me a no show fee for appointment and when I explained that I didn't receive any reminder they said that was a courtesy but not standard practice which is ridiculous. They said they would waive the fee this time and I explained that I would not be continue with this practice.

Even more concerning is his creepiness. Although the nurse was very adamant that I could not receive a full-body check, Dr. Patrignelli decided to ONLY check my back and breasts under my garments. These areas were not areas I stressed as concern. I asked him specifically to look at my thigh, he removed the mole, but didn't even inspect the rest of my leg.
