I am only posting this now because I have since gotten a revision surgery (with a different doctor) which cost me $20k on top of the price of this surgery. I had to travel to Cleveland, Ohio from CT just for the revision surgery because every surgeon I saw in the tri-state area said the nose was beyond their repair and there is only one surgeon in the US who can reconstruct it. Despite multiple calls and emails, Modern Dermatology sent a auto response and did not send medical records requested. This office feels more cosmetic than medical -- not where you want to go for serious dermatology issues.
