The store is always clean and smells good. The bakery is nice. The deli counter is good with hot food and great chicken. But mostly the staff is phenomenal!!!!!! They are always courteous and VERY friendly and Super helpful. They even bring your groceries to the car for you- how many stores still do that!!! Beats the pants off Walmart! read more

Where to start Never have any checkers Usually you will find 4 or 5 employees huddled together up at the front of the store looking at their phones while the stupid customers check themselves out. This place is embarrassingly overpriced Good luck asking an employee to help find a grocery item....Ive only gotten a series of twitches and nods when I've asked in the past. Back to the employees standing in the front playing on phones, I can only assume anything slightly resembling a manager must be hiding in the back. Terrible store read more

i have been in too brookshires in the last 2 weeks alittle after 2 pm too get 8pc of chicken and they keep telling me they dont have any and they are not cooking any more what they do for supper becouse people stiil come in too buy chicken for there supper.. i am sorry i think they should cook tell alist 5:30 pm.. just saying thank you read more

I spoke to a nice young man, Zach, and he immediately said he would help out, fetched his mechanism to charge my battery, and went outside with me. He jumped it off and I was soon on may way again. They have a great selection of merchandise if you are into all the branded Buc-ee's cloths, collectibles and anything you can thinks of they have it. For gasing up, there are a lot of pumps available. This location is very easy to exit and get back on the interstate.

Well the fellow testing it was very sensitive about it and came to show me what was wrong and explained how it could be fixed. Well luckily it was an easy problem and I was able to get it fixed without paying any more into the work I had done previously. I came back day after next and was able to get the test re-done free of charge and passed. I haven't had many interactions with the other employees, but my other reactions have all been positive and the store seemed clean. I would re-visit this location again happily if needed.
