We were able to pay online, so my mother-in-law didn't need to be bothered with the payment. She arrived in Oakland early and the driver was waiting for her. The trip went well and the driver assisted her with her bag. They also provided emails when the driver was enroute, when he arrived at the airport and when my mother-in-law was dropped off. I didn't see the emails until later in the day, but I thought it was a very nice touch. Might have been better if I received text messages, but this was still better than any limo service I've used previously. I will definitely use Anger Worldwide again!!

We had some problems with the technology, including loss of audio and stuttering on the way back, but rather than stop to get it fixed we decided to talk instead. Some are ambulatory and can walk short distances. But anyway, this bus line is not worth the hassle. I know she hates her life personally, but please don't take it out on passengers . The only positive aspect was that the pick up point was right in front of a Oakland, West Oakland BART station so that I was able to easily take the next train to SFO and book an airline ticket.
