When you walk in or leave the front desk is friendly and nice making sure your child is given a welcome or a good bye on a daily basis as-well as the parent. All the staff are professional. I had 3 other sons that are older that went to diffrent care centers over the years and I have to say the Next Generations in Andover is the best yet. If your a new parent with a first child going to this day care center or any for that matter just be patient from the start to work out any kinks you may be having. Its not easy leaving your loved one off in the morning but rest assured that in my opinion 6 months into it that your child is getting the love and attention they deserve by a "class act group of A-plus management and teachers. The first time I went to a Mom's Village when they were renting out a studio, I didn't know what to expect but I had felt so isolated as a new mother and wanted to work on getting a piece of myself back. I was also nervous about leaving my daughter, who was only 1 at the time, with anyone but family. I gave it a chance anyway and I am so happy I did. Never once did I worry about my daughter being safe and cared for by the childcare at the Village. The fitness classes have always pushed me and given me the variety I like- offering barre, kickboxing, HIIT, yoga, among others. The instructors are always helpful with modifications, while making sure you are getting the challenge you want/need. To have the amenities to go take a shower in peace or sit in the mommy lounge to have a hot cup of coffee while socializing without any interruptions is priceless. The community that has been built by Steph, Cindy and Lindsey can not be beat- it's mom supporting moms and enjoying this time of our lives together. I am forever grateful to have found this place.

During the winter volleyball season we get to go to many venues all over New England for volleyball…read moretournaments and on the positive side Nashua Sports Academy is one of the nicest looking venues. The building is new and well maintained. The sightlines are very good. However, as far as treating their guests with respect Nashua Sports Academy is a total failure. This weekend they hosted teams from all over New England many who traveled two to four hours. I totally understand not allowing people into set up chairs until the official start time but not allowing people in to use the rest rooms after waking up before first light and driving several hours is almost criminal. To top it off the staff was very rude while going about it. They made people stand outside as it began to rain. They do not allow people to bring in outside food which is not unheard of at higher end venues but on a prior visit by my daughter's team I was told they had staff going round and making people take things outside including water for the players. This time this did not happen. You expect if they are not going to allow outside food they will have a selection of food available, they had hot dogs, cold popcorn, and a small selection of pre-packaged foods. Another, thing I found interesting was other than the volleyball there was nothing else going on. We went Sportszone Indoor Sports in Derry. NH this winter. This another venue which was also a multi-sport facility and there were many other things going on through the day flag football, soccer, basketball, and a children's hitting clinic. There was none of this going on at NSA.
