I haven't had such worst service at a clothing store in syosset ever except for this place. The second you walk in you feel the tension and the vibes are so off. Days go by and the tracking still says UPS is waiting for the package. I reach out and I am told that they will reach out to UPS. Another day goes by so I reach out again for an update (you would think they would reach out to me if they really called UPS). I ask for an update and i am told "Hi! Yes. The issue was the product sold out before we could ship :( We are issuing you a refund today." DOES NOT MAKE SENSE AT ALL. Why say you will call UPS if it already sold out? Plus, why let me complete the purchase if it was already sold out? I was given a tracking number 5 DAYS after my order was placed confirming it was shipped out. I have had another friend experience a situation where the item actually did sell out where she placed the order and then she was automatically refunded WITHOUT getting a tracking number. Be careful shopping here. This situation will have me not shopping here anymore. VERY sketchy. I know I was not told the real reason. Probably gave away my item yet I already claimed it will my order. If an order is placed and you are reviewing that order and see it is sold out you should contact the buyer and not provide a tracking number. Not wait for the buyer to contact you.

They even had some pretty nifty recycled goods that caught my eye, as they were only $5 and were made with Ocean Bound Plastic (plastic collected from coastline communities with no recycling in place). I picked up a modular lunch box and also some reusable cutlery that will surely come in handy when canoeing or camping. I never liked Skechers at other stores before because they never had the right size or were a bad fit, but I was surprised when DSW had my size & width. This pair is a perfect fit and gives a bouncy spring to my step! My wife went bananas and bought 3 pairs of casual sneakers in both canvas and leather, plus a pair of winter boots, since they were BOGO 1/2 off. At the register, the associate offered us shoe treatment on the boots to coat with stain-resistant/waterproofing for $8.99, but also gave us a discount on the boots that covered the treatment. She stuck the boots in a machine and was done in a few seconds. That was some good service!
