Brooks is a not a great agent...he is a AMAZING agent. The time and dedication he devoted to us was above and beyond while we sold and bought our new home. He answered and responded to our numerous texts and phone calls 24/7 and never was impatient with us. His customer service was impeccable throughout our experience. We had issues that were complex with selling our old home due to the hero program, and even more complex issues buying our new home. We tried to make Brooks fail, not intentionally - but I'm sure he felt like we were constantly stacking the odds against him. My fiancé and I had meltdowns, we threw curveballs, we made decisions, and then immediately changed our minds more times than I can count - and the entire time Brooks remained calm, cool, collected - and most importantly - positive. We had a list of expectations longer than a CVS receipt - and a constantly shrinking budget due to our wedding and the sudden rise of interest rates - and Brooks stood steadfast, always telling us not to compromise on our dream home, even to the point of pointing out reasons we wouldn't like homes - even though he could have easily kept his mouth shut and closed the deal much earlier. He knew we wanted to live in South Redlands, but were compromising by considering other areas - and he would constantly bring us back to South Redlands and ask us to be patient - then we dropped the heavy news that if we weren't in escrow for a new home, with our old house ready to close escrow by the end of July - we were going to have to shut everything down until after the wedding so our funds weren't under so much scrutiny while my fiancé throws money at the wedding that we don't have. Never once did Brooks bat an eye at us, or get frustrated with us, or even seen nervous. He was completely confident that we would find a home, and we would be happy. And boy did he come through.
