After talking with Seth, there was zero doubt in my mind this is the team I want to be a part of. The group has been outstanding from beginning to end with getting the second home loan. It feels incredibly personal and they are most definitely there to hold your hands and encourage you. I had a bit of a panic attack one day during the process and reached out to both Seth and Tiffany. They were able to bring me back down to Earth, reassure me, and bring me back to feeling excited. This was exactly what I needed. Short term rentals are still very new to me but if you need a team to get you through this, this group is the one. Cannot wait to continue to do work with them.

He spoke to me about some concerns about the deal to make sure I was aware, and I don't think any other lender would have done that because they would just want the deal. They have competitive interest rates and even matched the fees I quoted. His team, Summer and Bernie, were organized, communicative, and so quick that we were able to close in 21 days. Can't thank them enough.

My husband and I actually shopped around for a broker to make sure we were getting the best rate and customer service. We ended up choosing Steven to help us purchase our first home because of how quick he was to respond to any questions we had and he just made us feel like he definitely knew what he was doing. We purchased our home in April with his help. The whole process was such a breeze thanks to our Realtor Patrick Campbell and our mortgage broker, Steven Burns. There were no hiccups on their end when it came to moving things along. I've been meaning to write a review since April, but moving into a new home and a newborn baby happened. What made me decide to review Steven after months of putting it off? Well, today I came home after being in Alabama for 3 weeks to a card in the mail from Steven. I assumed it was a card asking me to refer friends and family to him for any mortgage needs, but boy was I wrong. It was a card offering his condolences for our family's loss. I was pretty perplexed about how he knew my father had passed away, but then I remembered that our realtor, Patrick Campbell had checked in on us while I was in Alabama and I had told him. Seriously...have you ever met a Realtor and Mortgage Broker that still checks in with you and cares as much as they do after you purchased your home?

From day one, he was extremely responsive, proactive, and clear in explaining every step, number, and document we needed. Even with the usual moving parts (underwriting, appraisal, disclosures, and coordinating with escrow and our realtor), Steven kept everything organized, on track, and stress-free. We always felt informed and taken care of, and his professionalism and communication were a huge reason our closing went so smoothly. Great value too! Highly recommend Steven and his team.

Calm Energy. No Chaos…read more We came in having mentally rehearsed every single mortgage horror story imagineable. We're not exaggerating when we say this has been one of the least stressful experiences of our lives. Matthew and Danny? Absolute legends. What we love most: zero vague answers. None. I'm the type who asks a million questions, and naturally my brain decides to clock in after work...which means I'm spamming their phones from 5PM-to-9:40PM like its a side hustle. My brain is allergic to texting them during regular office hours. No joke. Yet somehow, they, Matthew and Danny, respond every single time. No attitude. No sugarcoating. Zero pressure. They don't rush you. They don't talk over you. They clearly explain what's happening. That matters and they've made something intimidating feel Manageable. Grateful is an understatement. 10/10 energy. Would absolutely recommend.

The VA requirements left me scattered and at times almost shattered, but Matt allowed me the room to scream and cry while keeping me on track through it all. He checked in constantly, even answering questions while on a much deserved vacation. Straight forward and to the point, Matt laid everything out from day one, and finished within dollars of his original figures when all was said and done. I would use Matt again, and definitely recommend him and his team to anyone looking for someone compassionate and competent. He knows he's stuff and he cares about his clients.
