Sam took out the front end of a taxi. Honestly its a hilarious story i should tell it but ill stay on topic. At 455 i was done with that and Milady was calling. I apologized and explained my situation and she quickly told me to come on it. They had room. I had a hard time finding it because theres no sign...they are in a salon, in the basement. I was weary at first but quickly saw that it was very new and clean and peaceful. Small too. I was alone. This is nice! The massage was more a back rub but was fine with me at the price. The facial was amazing, but i learned the hard way my skin is way too sensitive for the oils. My only complaint is that the salon above is noisy so its hard to be too relaxed. At $50 id do it all over again. They were very nice Russian women and I didnt even feel weird being naked. Dont tell my boyfriend, hell get pissed.

The office is beautifully done and the young woman Rebecca (sorry, sp?) is very friendly and welcoming. Great smile, great personality, knowledgeable, and good at helping you relax. I wanted to fill my lips as big as possible, while still looking sexy, not cartoonish. When Dr Kleydman came in the room, i was just blown away. The pictures on her website are pretty, but seriously dont do her justice. She is super gorgeous woman. So, I began to explain what I wanted, and that I had used Juvaderm before in the pillows. I was mostly happy with it, though it is sometimes distracting because its dense. You always FEEL it. She recommended Restylane Define. I said, okay, I trust you, LETS DO IT! (you will feel that way too, I guarantee it) This woman is an extremely talented artist and perfectionist. My lips look AWESOME!!!! Perfect. I couldnt have even imagined they wouldve looked like this. P.E.R.F.E.C.T. I scheduled an appointment for a checkup 2 weeks later, and they said I could get a free gentle laser treatment facial at that time. At my 2 week checkup appt...another young woman was there with Rebecca (im sorry I forgot your name Toronto!). We giggled and chatted until it was time to go into the room. Super nice people! Anyway, when Dr Kleydman came in the room I hugged her so tight I couldve spun her around in circles! I am a 70 yr old woman looking to tighten my jowls and expected subtle results, not drastic results like a facelift. that is what she said I could reasonably expect. She showed me before and after pictures of other patients my age and I was fine with the results. When I went for treatment, photos were taken so we could compare down the line what the progress was. During the treatment which was very painful, she was very irritated with me for moving around a bit. She told me to take another tranquilizer because she couldn't focus on what she was doing. I believe the treatment was cut short because of her impatientness with me. I was told to come back in three months follow up observation. At the three month appointment I told her there was no visible difference at all, and I asked to see the before photos, which coincidentally they told me they couldn't find. Very convenient not to be able to compare. Therefore, they took another set of photos at three months and told me to come back in six months to follow up. I came back at the six month period and told her there was no improvement whatsoever. This time she did compare the pictures taken at three months with the new photos taken today. Any normal person looking at the two pictures side-by-side you can clearly see there was no improvement, not even subtle results. I was upset because $2000 is a lot of money for one treatment that did nothing. She was very rude by saying she never promised any results. However she did promise subtle results. I think the right thing to do with an unsatisfied customer it's to offer to redo the treatment if not fully at least partially. She said she could not entertain that idea, I should just go and get a facelift. With that I left very upset and very angry. I would never recommend Kalon dermatology, especially the PA Who took care of me named Rita. She's arrogant unprofessional. An embarrassment to her practice. People spending so much money should be treated with politeness and care. All they wanted was to take my $2000 but did not want to follow through to try to make me a happy and satisfied. Please don't waste your time going there- go to another place where you'll get a proper treatment and some politeness and professionalism.
