I came here for a surprise party for my brother on Marco and a born and raised North Jersey boy. I have lived in Weatherford Texas for the last 20 years and have had a hand full of bagels since. This place is amazing!!! By far the best Bagel I have had in 20 years!! Great staff very friendly. The only regret is I should have looked at the menu because I haven't had pork roll in 20 years but the Bagel was fantastic!!! Good job next time in Naples I will be back!! read more

Stopped here while visiting family in Naples after my dad said they were the best bagels around. Our group tried the pastrami breakfast sandwich, bacon and egg breakfast sandwich, and lox bagel with cream cheese and onion. Easily the best bagels sandwiches I've ever had. We also brought home a tub of the honey walnut cream cheese and the bacon horseradish cream cheese and now all other cream cheeses taste like garbage in comparison. As a former new Yorker I can only say that these are totally on par. Fresh doughy bagels and had great lox spread and the coffee is perfect and I liked the fact that all the selections are somewhat limited except for the bagels and spreads. Again, just as good as any. So bummed ! I go to this bagel place almost every Sunday. They have had 3 owners since I've been going. And I don't know what the new owners are doing but they do NOT taste the same. First owners the bagel were great ! And the second owners the bagels taste the same. But now with these owners it isn't good at all. I believe they are over cooking the bagels. Very hard to cut. If I can give zero stars I would! This place is terrible! I ordered a simple sandwich with swiss cheese and they forgot to put the swiss cheese on and the sandwich was falling apart! I asked them to make a new one and all they did was slap two slices on and it was falling apart! This place is fine for bagels. Seating is limited but it just seems cozy. Considering it's Naples (there's not a wealth of bagel options) it was above-average but I would rather use my calories with other carbs. It WAS a REAL bagel, which was the only thing that saved the experience for me. I got 2 bagels, one a lox, cream cheese on everything and the other a rainbow one with blueberry cream cheese. The cream cheese was good but the lox bagel didn't come toasted and I didn't know to ask, nor was I asked if I would like it toasted. First time here, ordered some breakfast take out. Toasted everything bagels, 1 avocado toast, 1 pork roll egg and cheese and 2 lox and cream cheese. Everyone enjoyed their bagel sandwiches. I especially enjoyed the lox bagel. Fresh bagel, outstanding amount of quality lox, perfect amount of cream cheese, red onion, capers and tomato. It seems the shop is under new ownership. The new bagels now lack a crusty outside, a nice round shape & the center texture has changed as well. A bit surprised the price increased appx 50 cents per bagel as well. Unless Steve comes back, we won't be going back. read more

They were completely empty at 9:30am on a Wednesday, yet claimed they sold out of rainbow bagels. Definitely disappointing.

Bagels are ok. Nothing special. What prompted my review was the owner. Ordered a dozen bagels and my wife asked a question about the "rainbow" one and you would have thought she had asked for his first born child. Completely rude and non caring answer, then when I paid I basically had my change thrown at me and he walked away. No thank you, nothing. Completely rude, so I guess you get the whole NY experience when you go.. To the wannabe Tommy Lee looking guy, paint a smile on your face, or at least pretend to give a rat's ass. read more

Recently stopped in with the wife to get a bagel and smear on the way to golf. I liked my everything bagel but the lox spread was weak. Very little lox in the spread and tasted like plain cream cheese instead of that smokey rich lox flavor. BTW, Lucky's Market on US 41 East sells a great lox spread they make in house. Friendly but inefficient service. There was a long line with only one person behind the counter. If you're in a rush not a place for you unless your timing is lucky. read more

Located in the strip mall (surprise, Floridians, surprise) next to Bill's Cafe, it's an unassuming frontage with a sign in one of the two front doors that says "Use The Other Door". Inside is a small space, with a large cold case to the right that holds a creative assortment of gorgeous store made cream cheeses (Nutella, Lox, Scallions, Veggie, Cannoli, etc...) and cold deli salads. A smaller case holds Boars Head Meats and then, the star of the show, a bread case with 20 baskets of bagels and 1 basket of bialys. The bagels are big and shiny and you just know that by looking at them that they will be fluffy, fresh and chewy. We ate in, and there was always a line of people to watch order. It also appears that they may run out of bagels routinely before they close at 2pm. They haven't been open for long but you'll be fighting the regulars. I had a traditional lox on poppy and my husband had egg salad on whole wheat. I won't go on about it, but they were everything we hoped, just look at the photos. Say no more! Only piece if constructive criticism- egg salad needs a little more seasoning. Served with a garnish of what appear to be house made pickles and a couple of lightly brined olives. Was intrigued to try this bagel place after seeing their website and online menu. On the website, they have many different flavors and types of bagels. I went and the lady working was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. She kept giving attitude when I asked simple questions about which bagels were left. There were only 3 types of bagels avaliable. I ended up getting one bagel toasted. The bagel didn't seem toasted at all and it was almost cold! Not happy and probably won't be going again. read more
