February 12, 2026 - 9:00 AM appointment window…read more I am writing this after reviewing other recent feedback about this location, and unfortunately my experience aligns with what many others have described. I arrived at 9:00 AM to an empty waiting room. I believed I had an appointment but clearly made an error during booking. The office was locked and no one was at reception, so I knocked. A staff member came out and told me she could not see me until my name "popped up on her screen," despite the fact that no patients were being seen. At 9:15 AM, another woman arrived for a 9:30 appointment. The employee pointed to her and said, "See, she has an appointment," yet still did not see her early even though the office remained empty. What followed was completely unacceptable in a medical setting. The same employee returned to the waiting area when her boyfriend walked in and proceeded to loudly argue with him about personal financial charges and a drink he brought her. She openly stated -- in front of three waiting patients -- that she was on the phone dealing with her financial issues during office hours. There was no attempt to step away, lower her voice, or prioritize patients. It was made clear that personal matters were taking precedence over patient care. We were effectively sitting in a medical office listening to a personal dispute while being told we could not be seen. This was not a scheduling issue. It was a professionalism issue. There was zero respect shown for patients' time or the clinical environment. After waiting and observing the situation deteriorate as the room began to fill, I chose to leave. Reading prior reviews, there appears to be a consistent theme regarding professionalism at this location. Quest Diagnostics should take these repeated complaints seriously.

It totally worked. I am amazed as to how quick it was to draw 10 vials of blood. No pain, no discomfort at all. Effortless and easy. Thank you George! My appointment was for 9:30 am. I was out by 9:44 am.

I had a very very intense fear of needles, and what I appreciate about this location is how fast…read morethey are. I usually only have to wait 5-10 minutes after check in to be seen (I always make appointments, not walk-in) I am in and out. At other locations, Ive had to wait over an hour. Every phlebotomist Ive had has been very professional and kind. Plus, my results are available sometimes the same day. Would recommend this location!

HORRIBLE!!!! I just wasted almost 2 hours of my time at this location and I had an appt (which I…read morearrived 15mins early for)! The lady told me to leave because she was backed up and couldn't see me before their closing time of 5pm - MY APPT WAS FOR 3:30pm!!!! One lady that brought me in at 3:45pm had one order in their system but not the other my other doctor ordered. I had my patient portal open on my phone and showed her the requisition, she told me to take a screenshot and email it to her, I literally did it while I was sitting in the chair! Instead of checking the email she told me to wait in the waiting room again and then walked out of the place saying she left at 4pm but that someone else would take care of me. I literally waited an hour and when I asked another tech if she got the requisition I sent by email she told me she would help me in a minute but kept taking patients back that arrived after me! When I asked her again she told me "you're the other girl's patient, not mine! I have to see my patients first!" Then I asked her if I'll be seen before they close and her answer was nope as she outright rolled her eyes at me! Now WHY ON EARTH wouldn't the first lab tech tell the other that she had a patient waiting out there? Why didn't the second tech check to see who I was and if she received the requisition?! I literally could have been in and out of there in 10mins but waited almost two hours to not be seen at all!!! Horrible people running this place!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! There's another Quest a 10min walk away on Montague that is MUCH better. Never again. Horrible experience and that lady was SO nasty for absolutely no reason! I lost it on her and stormed out. No basic respect for anyone, they just want to get out of there! They are obviously miserable people who hate their jobs!

I honestly don't know where to start in writing this review. I am so traumatized by this experience…read moreits all I can say. When I had arrived I expressed to the lady at the front desk I needed urine cut to be sent for culture by my doctor , I already could feel from her she was not in the best moods. She gave me a regular paper cup with a lid on it like for coffee. I expressed to her that this urine sample needs to be sent in sterile cup and she said there's none to wait when called for blood work at the back. When I arrived at the back for blood withdrawal I immediate expressed to the same lady that I was the front (she happened to be the one designated to draw out my blood) my concerns about me having blood drawn. I told her I have very tiny veins, slow thick blood flow always. I even hydrated very well 3 days before blood, brought my own warm compress for my arm because I've been through this enough, I know my own body. My doctor order very extensive blood work because I have many issues and auto inmune condition. It was at least 15 vials of blood needed. She stuck me 7 times, gave me a hematoma in the back of my hand, this is the end result. I asked another employee if they could help at some point, my initial lady "Ms. K" was her name. She told me she's done this job for over 25 yrs but it was her 2nd day rotation there. I'm not trying to put anyone down but sometimes many years on the field does not equal quality of the work. I work in the health care system myself. When I had asked if another employee could step in for help she did not like it but the other employee even acknowledge how bad the hematoma happend in the back of my hand and I had immediately notified her it was causing me extreme pain and burning when she did it but she said "you just have to let me do my job"! Even the other employee recognize the damaged and felt horrible and apologized "Ms K" went and said we're all going to get in trouble bc we've spent nearly 2 hours on one patient. The other employees then went on to say we can't send the bloodbwork incomplete , you're going to have to redo and come back. I told her do not try my other arm, I know for sure you can never get anything there's, I know my body. You go through many patients a day and probably with better veins. I only have one body but I know it very well I told her. I told her I just need someone to be patience enough to look for a deep vein so we can get this done the proper way. You spend alit more time and patiently we can do it. I'm sharing pictures how both my arm's look At this point I don't know what can be done or what im looking for at this point. But all I could think of this is considered pure negligence!!! im attaching pictures of my traumatizing experience

Valerie usually takes my blood and she is excellent. She's very fast and I barely feel a thing. My doctors had prescribed a home blood tester but it was flakey to use. Prefer going to LabCorp, results have been much more consistent.
