YUM!!! was so happy with the service here and the burgers were so tasty it was quite busy for a Monday night but the waitress was awesome soon as we ordered within minutes our chips were out then my drink then or delicious burgers fresh as well definitely be back. These guys also give U 2hrs free parking at Bishop which is handy

The service was super friendly and helpful. Fit out of the restaurant is very cool. The Depot Burger (minus pineapple) rated a solid 8 and would have scored higher if they swapped the special sauce for their cheese sauce and ditched the salad. The Outta Towner was unique although it looses that "burger" taste, my wife still lived it. The special sauce is really just 1000 islands which is about the only letdown. 2 hour free parking in the Bruce Bishop via validation is a bonus in Surfers

After staying in surfers for a work conference and craving some tasty and yummy food - I was excited to find this newly opened Americana Burger Joint!! Being a Sydney sider I was a bit disappointed with the lack of quality cafes and restaurants available on the main "strip" of Surfers. This place was packed!! We had to stand in an awkward unofficial waiting area. First having to find the waiter who was taking names to put you on a list to be seated. This was pretty hard Due to the fact the waiter was in casual clothing - had an unfriendly too cool for school hipster attitude. And also was not at all helpful with explaining the whole process of where to stand and wait to be seated -- and how to order etc. When you finally are seated you will then need to take note of your table number - then get up and walk to the front of the store to stand in another line and place and pay for your order!! This is pretty crap because if you decide you wanted to order another dish or even drink - you have to line up again and pay again. This was really annoying as you're paying high prices for your food and don't get table service! Even ordering a glass of wine is an effort! The overall customer service was pretty crap. Not very friendly. Everyone looked busy and frazzled and the staff seemed that they didn't have the time to be polite or friendly. The only positive thing to the restaurant was that the food was Delish!! I ordered the Fugazi veggie burger and fell in love!! The corn on the cob was very basic and I would not recommend it. Overall I'd give this place a 5/10 for the whole overall experience.

Went to Brooklyn Depot today for the first time, at first glance it looks really lovely; Great atmosphere and location. The waitress who seated us and took our orders wasn't very friendly and acted as though she didn't want to be there. Between our table we ordered/shared the "Brooklyn Classic" which I had. It came with "special sauce" on it which was slathered all over the burger which I didn't like so the whole burger was ruined for me. Had about 5 bites and was turned off.. Also ordered the "Depot burger" which was greatly enjoyed, though keep in mind it is quiet a large burger.. He enjoyed it because there wasn't any special sauce on it and swapped for BBQ sauce. The "Chicken tenders" were quite nice but over cooked. "Mac and cheese" was rather nice I enjoyed it but very rich! Absolutely loved the "Cheese and gravy fries"! *recommend* The food came out very quick which was a bonus. So over all an okay experience here.

Used Uber eats when we didn't feel like going out for dinner over the weekend and this place did not disappoint. I had the pulled chicken burger and it was so good. I was definitely impressed. The BBQ sauce, the avocado spread, and the slaw was a perfect combination. We also had the mac and cheese balls which were probably the biggest hit of the sides. The onion strings, the fries, and the frickles were also really good, especially with the sauces that they came with. Everybody seemed to enjoy their burgers a lot. One of my friends had the mushroom burger and added a beef patty to it, and he even said he could've easily just eaten it with the mushroom patty alone. Would definitely eat or take away from here again!!

You must try skinny fries it is delicious and crispy from out side, my kids love it to much. And also Fuhgeddaboudit it is hot and tasty but it is hard to eat .The staff are friendly. And it is good for family. Prices are good. We had a lovely night there.

Came here for 4th of July as we are Americans and wanted to celebrate at an American style diner…read more It was very easy making a reservation and finding parking nearby. Upon entry we checked in with the cashier and were seated at a reserved table. We both ordered burgers as well as cheese fries, a strawberry shake, and a dr pepper to drink. Now I was very much in between a 3-4 star review however because you can't do it in the middle I rounded up simply for their outstanding service and delicious burgers. They were the most "American-Tasting" burgers I have eaten since being in Australia. Fantastic quality and they even have a thousand-island type sauce!! However I was very disappointed with the milkshake and cheese fries. They took the term MILKshake literally and it simply tasted like strawberry milk. It was not thick like a regular ice cream based shake. I left nearly the entire thing on the table after having one taste. The fries were also a disappointment. Definitely don't expect them to taste like cheese fries back home. They simply had a cheesy sauce resembling nacho cheese instead of having melted cheese. However due to the fantastic service and incredible burgers I'm giving this place 4 stars. I will definitely be back for the burgers!

Between us we tried the southern fried chicken wings, the chilli, the choc malt shakes, the double beef burger, the burger special (spicy) and the Mac and cheese. The milk shake was awesome-great flavour. The Mac and cheese was delicious too-nice strong cheesy flavour. My husband loved his double burger but I found mine (the special) to have way too much mayo on it and it just overpowered the burger flavour and it fell apart in my hands. Finally the chicken was just a bit too bland for fried chicken. Plus fried chicken should probably be whole pieces of chicken, not wings (just my view on this though) The service was excellent and the tap beer was great too. Would go back for a standard burger and shake. Price was reasonable but I also have a little bit of an issue in paying nearly $15 for a burger and you still have to buy fries or something on the side. If I could, I would probably give Easy Street 3 1/2 stars but because I can't, I will round it up to 4 base on the great service.

We called ahead to book a table, though when we arrived we realised that it was more of a fast food establishment than a restaurant. The waitress was very friendly, she provided us with the menus and explained how we needed to go up to the counter to place the order. She recommended that we try the Pit Master Pack, since we had not eaten there before. This goes for $59.95, and the two cans of soft drink ended up costing a good $7. The Pit Master Pack consisted of ribs, quite a few buffalo wings, hand pulled pork, coleslaw and fries. It is a good serving for two people. I am not the biggest chicken wing fan, though enjoyed them, apart from there being a bit too much sauce. We chose the cheese covered fries, though they weren't that great, we probably should have gone with the plain fries. The food was nice, though far from mind blowing, which made the pricing hard to justify. We left a bit unsatisfied in terms of how full we were, and how much everything cost, even with the voucher. I personally wouldn't visit here again, it is not for me. I would only recommend this establishment to someone who was really into buffalo wings and ribs.

Seriously, the food here is not cheap. BUT - it is bloody good. When our order arrived my eyes drank in the beauty of my pulled beef roll, while hubby rubbed his hands with glee over his chilli hot dog and loaded fries. And the first bite made the pain of the cost fade away- amazing. Well worth it! In fact despite being hungry I I couldn't eat the whole thing as the servings are generous. When this joint first opened there were lines out the door and long waits, but we were one of only three diners at lunchtime today. The cute checked tablecloths and mustard with ketchup on the tables adds to the US of A atmosphere, the only downside to the location on a nice day is being serenaded by the traffic on the main road. Two thumbs up for the food. My wallet is still hurting but at least I'm so full I won't want dinner tonight.
