They are lying about sales prices in advertisements, their prices are after a down payment of $2,900 but they do not write that anywhere.

I…read moredon't appreciate being pushed around or someone trying to force my hand to buy something . Thankfully after looking at some reviews I decided to check out ELDORADO and I met the wonderful Mark. Mark is like a kind uncle . He was patient, he was informative, and he was invested in me making the right choice for my lifestyle and my budget . He was never pushy like the typical sleazy used car salesman so I felt comfortable working with him. We found a car that worked for me and his team even handled all the dmv requirements so I didn't have to do that myself . I am so happy with my purchase . My family got a chance to meet mark as well and said if they ever are in the market for a car they would work with him in the future! I also want to note that after I bought the car I had a problem with my heat . I called mark and he was so apologetic and instantly called a mechanic who took care of it right away at no cost to me. Mark has called to follow up with me and ask about my family even though I already bought the car. He is a genuine person as well as the rest of his staff. I would highly recommend this dealer if you're looking for a good used car !!

My gripe however is that I'm not even in my second month from owning one of their cars and I've had an exhaust repair (if they inspected the pipes they would have seen the damage right?) luckily it was within the 30 days so the did cover that! But I didn't have to skip work so probably evens out the cost in reality. And now I'm staring down the barrel of a complete transmission replacement putting me $5000 out of pocket. By the way that's half of what the car cost! Fist time taking it into an interstate going above 65mph and the cars transmission fails. When a car You just bought, and after being assured it was running great! Has it's transmission fail, is a large kick in the teeth! I would advise anyone considering buying used, to seek a proper inspection at the car dealership before buying used. Do not take the people selling it on their word, as it can cost you big time. We were dumb enough to think we won't need the extended warranty. Maybe you should chip in for it. Better than being stuck with a $5000 bill I somehow have to find in the back of my couch. I really wanted to like this place but now I am just waiting for more things to fail with the car I'm now stuck with until it's paid up.

I won't make assumptions but ill explain my experience…read more Purchased a vehicle from them in 2023 (2019 Nissan Maxima at about 60k miles used. Had me sign all of the paperwork before I even got to test drive. (My first experience car shopping so you know how that goes.) The online pictures made the car look clean. When I stepped in the vehicle there was a deep cut in the front windshield literally from top to bottom shallow enough where it wasn't noticeable. (They also had a Sun screen on it so maybe that helped conceal it. When I mentioned this needs to be fixed the salesman said its cosmetic and its my responsibility. I told him when an officer pulls me over cosmetic won't be on the ticket. He didnt budge and I had already signed the paperwork so I took the car to a mechanic non affiliated with their business to get it checked out. Not soon after I rolled the vehicle out the lot the check engine light comes on. (I understand lemon law but I wanted to see what the mechanic had to say.) When i got a report a page long of the issues the salesman immediately stated "You used your own money? You could've used our mechanic." Obviously I could not trust this business afterwards so I told him no I preferred my own. The tempo changed and he fixed the glass and the "mechanical issues" (im not a car guy but its something about the northwind downwind thing related to the catalytic). While leaving other issues out as "cosmetic". Fast forward to today 2026 My review overall has been involving constant repairs (most of which i imagine comes from regular use.) But the latest blunder has been my transmission being blown a little while back. I took on the expense at the cost of maxing out 3 credit cards and lovely to know my Mechanic tells me most likely someone swapped out my transmission with a different one most likely to sell it. Im not going to slander them and say they did it but they were the ones who sold me a car which needed a. Windshield replacement, mechanical repairs needed right off the bat, sold it to me before I even got to test drive it, sold it to me used with new car pricing (~26k at ~60k miles), only rendered repairs when they saw im willing to spend my own money. Now im left with about 70% of my debt coming from a car they sold me. If you need my background I have multiple jobs in healthcare, im a real frustrated person with a real story.

Saw the only car they had listed on CARFAX which is a reputable website. I called one of their numbers that worked, the other were disconnected. Spoke to a man who confirmed the vehicle was available and appointments were to be taken. I made an appointment and drove the 2 hrs from Long Island to Brooklyn to see the car. Upon arrival, the car was nowhere to be found except another similar car at more than double the price. I found a man with three others in an empty trailer laughing and drinking coffee. He came out and nodded as to acknowledge there may be an actual customer who might want to buy a car! He said the car I came to see was sold weeks ago. He said oh you called a call center, we don't even pick up the phone here! I was about to get into it with him until I realized why I would waste my time since at the end of the day, the car I came to see was sold weeks ago. This was a perfect bait and switch scheme to get people to come and see an imaginable car that would never be sold if it existed and for them to try and sell you a car at twice the price! Let them sit in their trailer paying rent on flatlands avenue and not sell any car! Karma will visit you soon as well as the Better business bureau! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! The car you want doesn't exist!

The vehicle never should have passed an inspection with this indicator on but they gave it to us in an unsafe condition anyway. None of these issues were communicated to us upon taking the vehicle. We contacted Brooklyn Mitsubishi and they had us bring the car back a week later. After ten days without any communication from Brooklyn, we reached out to find out if the car was ready. The airbag issue was fixed but the navigation issue was never addressed. They said they would order a new navigation card (after having the car and doing nothing about it for 10 days). We STILL have not heard back from them, over two months later. We will now have to address the navigation issue out of pocket directly with the dealer. We are a family of five drivers and would never use Brooklyn Mitsubishi again.

Turns out the salesman never spoke with the finance manager, they tried to get me to finance the car so they can get paid (dealerships get paid through the bank for every car financed through them). i asked for my money back and walked out. This place is the ultimate bait and switch operation with either no comminication or they just dont care about you. I would stay away unless you want to finance a 7yr old suv with 72k miles and pretty much no brakes. The place has no morals and everyone is dressed like they just rolled out of bed, I would never go back and never recommend.
