I'm not sure where to start but I will start by saying all this dealership sells is LEMONS. They will not be providing you with a car that will last you without completely ripping you off, they are also attempting to operate under a different name NYC EXOTIC CARS off the same location nearby. They will not have themselves held accountable until people take them to NY DMV, the attorney general and court. There is no legitimate person you will get behind this. I promise you these people aren't worth it. You're better off trying to buy something completely bought off than to deal with them. They are clearly scammers make sure you look at every review before you even step in here. read more

This place is the definition of a NYC used car dealer! Sketchy, dishonest, shady, hinky, unprofessional, rude, and simply are rip off artists that just waste your time! Saw the only car they had listed on CARFAX which is a reputable website. I called one of their numbers that worked, the other were disconnected. Spoke to a man who confirmed the vehicle was available and appointments were to be taken. I made an appointment and drove the 2 hrs from Long Island to Brooklyn to see the car. Upon arrival, the car was nowhere to be found except another similar car at more than double the price. I found a man with three others in an empty trailer laughing and drinking coffee. He came out and nodded as to acknowledge there may be an actual customer who might want to buy a car! He said the car I came to see was sold weeks ago. He said oh you called a call center, we don't even pick up the phone here! I was about to get into it with him until I realized why I would waste my time since at the end of the day, the car I came to see was sold weeks ago. This was a perfect bait and switch scheme to get people to come and see an imaginable car that would never be sold if it existed and for them to try and sell you a car at twice the price! Let them sit in their trailer paying rent on flatlands avenue and not sell any car! Karma will visit you soon as well as the Better business bureau! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! The car you want doesn't exist! read more

Unethical business, they lure you in telling you a car is good and no problems. When you arrive you find out the car doesn't even drive. This business has no transparency, I drove an hour to arrive here. I even triple asked them about the car if it was good and had no problems. Nothing was brought up. This business clearly uses tactics to lure you in so once your here you end up looking at their other cars. Please don't come buy a car from here. They told me I can schedule a test drive... a test drive for what exactly??? The air? read more

You hear all the rumors of used car lots and believe it may be at least slightly exaggerated... This dealer is that on steroids. 1. They advertise incredibly low prices 1a. When you call to confirm they have the vehicle, they confirm. 1b. When you get there, they just sold the vehicle! 2. Then you would think they would try to convince you to look at something else. Nope. 3. Every person here has an attitude like you borrowed money, and decided to not pay them back. Management, if you're reading this, know that you probably can survive on the foot traffic of Flatlands Avenue, but know that you have more qualified buyers that are seeking specific cars that you can do business with, and instead, you're using 1980's tactics that none of us appreciate. read more

I was scammed part of it was my ignorance trusting a car sales person. However, you shouldn't sell a car without warning the customers about the deficiencies in the car. The drivers door is broken and the car jerks while driving. Along with the long list of things that's not working in the car. I was promised that they were going to fix the door and side mirrors that are also broken. When we went back the next day. Kenny the manager lied to our face and told us he never told us they were going to fix it. My only regret was not being about record him when he told us he was going to fix the issue..... RuN far away from this place... read more

BUYER BEWARE this dealership is lying to you. They will tell you they have any car on their website to get you to come to the lot and then we'll tell you no they don't have that car even when you ask the same day or even when you're just outside. Be careful do not come here they are trying to sell you a loan not a car read more

For a lot of folks, dealing with a car salesman/manager is a crappy experience. Within minutes of meeting Mr. William (left corner office), I was reminded me why. When asked if the inspection was included in the total price (car price, taxes, dealer, registration/title fees, etc), he politely told me to get lost (that I "could walk out the front door"). Saying that Mr. Williams lacks professionalism or any semblance of a training in customer service, would be quite an understatement. While I definitely won't be back, if you do come here, chat with Mr. Saed instead. He's a decent salesman/manager. He explained that there was a mechanical issue with the car and informed me that a mechanic was coming to address it. I appreciate his honesty and effective communication; if I hadn't met with Mr. William earlier, I might have stayed. Ps. The salesman who took me to the car had to get a jumper so we could start the car. Yeah, fun times. PROS: Mr. Saed CONS: Mr. Williams, Mr. Williams, and Mr. Williams 5 stars for Mr. Saed, -3 for Mr. Williams, and -1 for a car at a dealership not being ready to drive. read more

I cant give a lower rating - called three times in 3 days to confirm the car was avaialbel - drove 90 minutes to get there and - " nope - dont have it" no excuse except the call center doesnt know when we dont have the car anymore. best of all the website still has the car up there as available. - cap it off with they offer me a different year model with more mileage and $15,000 more than the car i had seen. Their response to my comments - thank you for your input. Oh well - obviously they dont care how they do business. read more

So, I saw a great deal on Car Fax for a KIA Sorento. I called to inquire on availability and pricing and whatever was needed to drive the vehicle out of the lot. After showing interest, I followed up so I could grab the vehicle next day and I noticed the sale price suddenly was changed. I called them back and they said it was just a 24 hour deal (which was not part of the conversation). I'm just happy that I didn't make the 1.5 hour trip to get ripped off. I'd recommend scouting the place first before using Carfax and becoming victim of bait and switch. read more

I should of been posted something about this place as I bought my Jeep back in April 2021. The worst place to buy any car, Jeep, automobile period. These ppl act like they care but once they have your signature on paper, it's a wrap and they don't take responsibility. I had to get the Attorny General for this business to handle what I needed them to take care of. It's a simple call or an email and they will contact them to do the right thing because their license for selling cars can be taken away. But not much people know this. So if you not getting a sufficient response from these people after buying a car and something is wrong the same week you bought it, reach out to the Attorney General office. Got my multiple stuff fixed just by reaching out to them. If multiple people complain to them about this car dealer, they will be eventually shut down. Take my advise. read more

Very bad customer service , they just handled me real aggressively if it makes any sense , i got a 2015 bmw & the seat belt was messing & the rear Camera or PDC did work , & if had a check engine light on it , too top it off , the day i got the car everything was fine once i drove off (around the time they close) all the lights on the dash board started to appear , so the next morning i went to drive the car back to them & the wheel bearing on both of the front tires broke & i had to take it to the mechanic my self , they made it seem like none of this was there problem , DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER !!!!! This is a very very shady place. Went there to go check out a vehicle, to find out they had change the website listing saying it had mechanical problems and that it was a managers mechanic special. Meaning the car was not able to be driven or run. Most of their vehicles have been in accidents and it's not hard to tell. It's unfortunate how they take advantage of people in this area. All of the vehicles are extremely overpriced most of their vehicles close to or over 100,000 miles asking almost $20,000. I don't understand how they're still open. I've seen other automotive dealerships close down that were excellent. But a place like this shouldn't have made it past this pandemic. Stay away by any means necessary read more

I was baited to travel 1-1/2 hours for a test drive on a car that they confirmed was still available. It's sad to think they need to do this. To absolutely waste your time. I can't give zero stars. Terrible communication, which was complete BS. Spend your money elsewhere.

I had problems with my car from day 1 and they didn't help with anything. Do your research people and don't bother with this dealership.

Garbage dealership that doesn't provide valuable information about the car before going in for a test drive. One of the workers scheduled a test drive for an Acura TL there and they failed to tell me that it had TRANSMISSION issues which would not allow me to drive it for a test. How ridiculous is that? I wasted over an hour to drive it only to be told by an attitude-giving front worker that it cannot be driven. I never give reviews so the fact that I am doing this should say something. Scam!!!! Run from this place. They have signs posted that say, "Bad Credit, No problem" posted all over dealership but the sales manager, Mario, run scams from this dealership. He works with this "private" special finance guy, Sam (the Auto Negotiator). Mario will tell you he can't get you bought using his banks (even if your credit isn't horrible... 660ish) but he has this guy Sam that will be able to get you bought. Sam then finds you a loan at 16% interest which "after making 6mns of on time payments" they guarantee they will get you to around 7% interest. They'll lie about the sale price of vehicle too... I walked in on a sale price of a $19,999 vehicle and found out a month later the total sale price on loan document was $27,000!!!! I would have known about this earlier but they kept the signed loan documents from me saying, "we'll send you out copies via mail once our office files all paperwork". I never got the paperwork after asking multiple times. Only time I found out about this was when I finally received my loan documents from the bank. At that time I contacted, Sam and he told me not to worry that I wouldn't pay the $27,000 bc he would get the loan forgiven and then start another loan based on the market value of my vehicle after 6mns (he called it a loan forgiveness program, like they do with morgages). Well, 6mns passed and I tried contacting Sam... No answer. I've tried over and over again. Even went to his place of business but he locks the door and has a camera fixed on the door so he can keep the people who he scams away from the people he is trying to scam. Now I have to spend thousands on a attorney to try and go after him. I needed the sale price details from Mario at NYC Automart and he tells me he can't give me any info on my vehicle I bought from his lot bc everything gets deleted after 6mns. Wow, scam came full circle now. You just can't make this up.... If it's not too late and you read this before heading over there.... Stay away!!!! Mario & Sam are total scam artists. read more

Online advertisement is not accurate. The cars they show as mechanic specials are actually "Lemons"that are not drivable. Where do I begin ? Hmmm , saw an ad on Craigslist for a Tahoe , sounded dreamy , called them up before heading over and salesperson told me the car was there and that I needed to make an appt to come down and check it out , so I did ! Drove a whole hour to go check the car out and possibly do a trade , I get there excited to look at the vehicle , not a very pleasing atmosphere to begin with , everyone looked sad to be there , anyhow , I ask to see the Tahoe and guess what they tell me? LOL , the Tahoe was towed by the city yesterday ha! But wait I had called earlier and was told car was there and ready to be looked at , then someone else I asked explained that vehicle had transmisión issues , hmmm who to believe? How can anyone trust this place or even consider purchasing a car here ??? so I left , sad and confused , stuck in traffic AGAIN heading back home I decided to call them up to see if maybe if I pose as a different customer they might explain how the car is no longer there , NOPE , once again told me car was there and to come on down LOL !!! WAIT ! What ??!! .. so I called them out on it saying they are LIARS & SCAMMERS ! They hung up on me lol , cowards. I went there because of a car I saw online. There was a gentleman named dean who helped me right away. I asked to see the car it would not start. I was told they were going to get gas. I told him they should post what's wrong with the car so people like me won't drive a hour to buy something they think is good. He then offered to put me in a financed vehicle which I didn't want. If I can give a zero I would..... This place has the worst business ethics I have ever seen. They are so unprofessional to say the least and their main goal is to sell you a car that is above value price. They sells cars without any knowledge of the condition of the car and if you try to finance a vehicle they will lie about their price. For example, they will tell you 15,000 and you put 5,000 down. You would think I have 10,000 left to pay, but they dont tell you the banks they work work with have finance fees ranging from 2000 to 5000. So you either end up paying more the car is even worth even after you put a payment down. DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT PURCHASE ANY TYPE OF VEHICLE FROM NYC AUTOMART. They are ripping customers off left and right! I can't even begin to describe the amount of stress and frustration I have been through this past week. I basically was scammed into buying a 2018 Rogue Sport that was not even my first option when I was choosing a car to finance. The first SUV I was shown after I went through the whole process of signing paperwork for it, I was told that they did not have the title for it and could not sell it to me again. I was guaranteed by william (who is a jackass by the way) that he can find me another vehicle and had me wait all day in the store. Finally after 8 hours of being there they gave me the option of the rogue sport. I test drove the car and even sat down with the owner and was falsy advertised that this was a great deal. I was told that there was no accidents and the car is like brand new, great condition. After having the car for a week I realized the Air conditioning was not working, and other things such as one brake light out, and cigarette charger not working. I took it to the mechanic and thats where my nightmare began. Its been going on three weeks and i have not gotten my car back. The mechanic told me that the reason the air conditioner is not working is because the car has been in a accident where the radiator was pushed back which was causing a leak. Every day I called and it was a different issue. I was just told that the car started overheating and the fan needs to be replaced and the part is on backorder which can take up to a month or more to get that part. I went back to NYC Automart to explain the situation and get assistance. And was told by William that there is nothing they can do and I will have to wait until the mechanic is done fixing the car. I asked to be helped with at least a rental and he said that they do not provide rental. I asked him if he honestly thinks that it is fair for me to pay for a vehicle that I was not even told was in an accident without even any type of remorse or assistance from NYC Automart. He looked me straight in the face and said that he does not give a f*ck. And If I stop paying its my credit getting messed up not his. These people are praying and taking advantage of customers. I will make it my mission to let everyone in New York Know what a scam you guys are! read more
