She's…read morefriendly, professional, honest, dependable, responsive, and knows the Phoenixville area intimately. We've been extremely happy with her services, and will recommend her to anyone. When we relocated from PA to CA in 2014, we hired Trish to manage the rental of our PA home. For two years, she checked in with us and the tenants regularly, and promptly addressed any issues with the home. We were always kept in the loop, and the amount of work we had to do remotely was minimal. When we decided to sell our PA home in 2016, we consulted Trish as a realtor due to her familiarity with us and our property. She quickly provided detailed market analysis reports that helped inform our decision to sell. She spoke with us at length almost daily, providing open and honest advice and guidance throughout the entire process. We had a tight timeline in mind for selling, and Trish worked tirelessly to meet our schedule. She coordinated home inspections, showings with our tenants, helped stage the property, and fully managed numerous improvements, all while we were thousands of miles away. In the end, she greatly exceeded our expectations. Our home was on the market for only a week-and-a-half, had several offers, and sold for higher than our listing price. If you're looking for a realtor or property manager in the Phoenixville area, talk with Trish. You won't be disappointed.

The entire experience was great since it seemed like the leasing office and the maintenance office worker as hard as they could to make sure everything worked out well with our unit. Let me start this review by saying one word: Wow…read more That's how pleased I am with the job that Julie did for me in late 2018 and early 2019 during the sale of my home. When I look to hire any professional for any sort of job - financial advisor, contractor, lawyer, and realtor - I look for someone who possesses these 3 attributes: First knowledge and expertise in the field. Second, someone who makes me feel comfortable to ask as many questions, regardless of how basic, without making me feel incompetent. And third, someone who will make the process as simple for me as possible and represent me to the fullest. Julie fit all 3 of those criteria. I met Julie 4 years ago, as she organized a community yard sale in our development, where Julie is also a resident. (At the time, I had just put my home on the market with a different agency. I was unhappy with the offers I was receiving, and my realtor at the time urged me to continue to drop the price. Eventually, I took my home off the market.) Fast forward 3 years, and I was ready to explore selling agin. I reached out to Julie, as she has a tremendous presence in the community. Julie was positive and reassuring. She gave me an honest assessment of the value of my home, and what she thought I needed to do in order to get the price that I was looking for. Admittedly, I was secretly pessimistic about my chances of achieving this. However, about a month after listing the house (in November, which is a tenuous time to list a home), I received an offer at asking-price! But the story didn't end there.... There was a snag in the closing, as the closing date was originally scheduled for mid-January, right in the middle of the federal government's shutdown, and my buyer's loan was a USDA loan. So, with the federal agencies closed, we were unable to complete the closing. However, my buyer needed to be in the home, so Julie helped to negotiate a very fair rental deal until the shutdown had ended. Despite the stress of the uncertainty, Julie worked diligently to ensure the sale went smoothly and all of my concerns were alleviated. She made the process easy for me and more importantly, got results. I cannot recommend Julie enough. You can be sure that when I go to purchase a home, the first call I will make will be to Julie.

Julie was sensitive to this grief and patiently took the time to explain to me the price points associated with our property. When I chose to renovate, she not only communicated with me every step of the way, but ordered what was needed to make the property as beautiful as possible. She oversaw the installations -- since I live in another state and could not be there. And she got the condo on the market quickly. Julie posted incredible photos on myriad websites; planned a couple open houses; and the property sold within two months above the average selling price. Julie Boland knows the areas where she sells and can assess prospective buyers needs, so the seller can meet them and profit. She is conscientious, communicative, top notch.

Slum lords. The difference in the landlord i have now and…read moreelfant pontz is night and day. I would highly advise people to not rent from EP. 0/10, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. When i first toured my apartment and moved in 3 years ago, the leasing agent lied about so many things. I understand it's her job to get people to move in but straight lying about it stuff that shouldn't be lied about it's crazy. For example the bathroom window was broken when i moved in but yet the agent told me everything was as is and no additional repairs would be made to anything in the apartment. How are they out here renting apartments with, broken windows? Thankfully the building owner fixed it. During my time renting from ep they were a terrible management company. Whenever i'd send maintenance requests it would go 1 or 2 ways. I would immediately get an auto response email noting the request has been received. After that, they would either contact me back asking me a bunch of questions about my request, essentially gas lighting me. Or they wouldn't follow up until i reached out again a week later and they'd always say they were busy. I started putting in the maintenance requests everything i did myself to work on the issue. Bc the way they are it seems like they try to do everything they can to get out of fulfilling maintenance requests. It's so crazy because one day last spring when i came home and was sitting in my car, i saw a rat running from the grass to the trash cans. I immediately sent a maintenance request for exterminating services. They emailed me back saying "are you sure you saw a rat and not a mouse?" That took me out because I'm not blind and it's pretty hard to mistake a rat for a mouse because the size difference. The next day i got home and i saw the rat again and instead of getting out my car i took pictures and emailed them, so they'd actually believe me. That's a prime example of how they would gaslight me with maintenance requests. They really tried to tell me I saw a mouse, mind you I have 20/20 vision. Lastly, they like to mix up words or don't know the meaning of damaged and not clean are. When i told them i was moving they sent me a vacate letter. On that it clearly indicated i would get my security deposit back less any damages. Nothing was damaged in the apartment and i have proof from videos and pictures. They made something up to keep part of the security deposit and said the stove wasn't clean so I was charged for that. I wouldn't recommend renting from EP. Believe the few scattered one star reviews about EP. Oh yeah the leasing agent came to inspect my apartment for painting issues a few months after i had my son in fall 2023 when he was 3 months old. Tell me why she came into my apartment after just finishing smoking a cigarette, so i could smell it on her. She smelled so bad that I had to cover my nose with my shirt. Everyone knows you aren't supposed to come around little babies smelling like cigarettes. Smh
