He has stated that he does this in every room, etc. Many times during changing his diaper isn't changed they just check the cath, etc. Some staff are requested to change our elder and they come in and tell us they are on break. WTF! At night workers are in t he day area on their phones when they should be cleaning or checking on elders. No reason they need to sit on their butts while working. Several times nobody showed up to our home to help care for my 91 year old father, and the staff didn't bother to let us know they had not found a caregiver to fill the request. I cannot recommend this company because of the poor communication and failure to follow through on requests for care.
