I called earlier this week to ask for help filing my taxes, since they had filed an extension for me earlier in the year. The woman who answered the phone repeatedly yelled at me, criticized me for being careless, told me the company wouldn't help me, and hung up. About five minutes later, she called me back, suggested they might be able to help after all, then started yelling again and hung up a second time. I called again today to request copies of my 2024 tax records, but when I realized she was answering the phone, I felt uncomfortable even asking for assistance. I honestly don't know what happened, and her behavior seemed unusually distressed. I hope she is okay and gets the support she needs. However, no customer should have to experience this when simply asking for professional assistance. It's particularly disappointing because my experience with the company had always been positive until now. I wanted to share this feedback so management is aware of what happened.
