Went there for the second time after the owner had convinced me that they have good quality lashes and that my eyes got swallown because of other reasons etc etc Went again, using "their natural" lashes, paid $100 for a 40 mn REFILL, no one in the valley charges that. Then had to deal with wonky sideways lashes, extremely swallown eyes. They didn't even offer a refund. So when you charge more than everyone in the valley, make sure you actually have the quality that's better than everyone in the valley. And make sure your staff are actually top-notch and they do not put on wonky sideways lashes on peoples eyes What a mess. The service way really great and I loved the people working there! However, I wanted to get pretty dark which I said. Immediately after the tan there was no difference and I was told it would develop over the next 8 hours, I am now maybe 2 shades darker which is for sure not what I asked for. It's pretty even and it's didn't smell at all which was nice and I love that it's all natural. Going forward I would make it more clear of what even though I felt like I had. I did not do the trial like they suggest (I came in almost last minute), but even so, I am so pleased with the tan I received and the whole experience. Today I had my first my first Eyebrow & Brazilian appointment with Jene. I been getting them done for years with the same lady. But my lady divorced me when she decided to move to California. So lately I have been hopping around looking for a new person that would match my lady's work. Well let me tell you, Jene is my new found girl! Idk how she did it but she definitely over exceed my expectations. My old lady used to tell me that my eyebrows were "cousins not twin" so I learned to live with them. But somehow Jene turned my cousins into twins lol. Not only that, but looking back my lady was a little ruff with my Brazilian Jene's hands were gentle. To be honest this was the first time that I felt little to no pain when getting a Brazilian. I actually go into this crazy sweat session buttt... today that didn't happen either lol.
