I came in to the salon for the first time, with my eyelashes in the worst shape possible and confessed my prior struggles to Monica, who reassured me my lashes would be in good hands. I admittedly was a bit skeptical and jaded at first, having previously received terrible service elsewhere. The process itself was definitely thorough and structured. Monica was very informative and methodical throughout, from start to finish. The end result was impeccable, to say the least. I left the salon feeling beautiful, confident and blissfully relieved. Monica's talent is commendable--she was able to take something that was broken; mend it, and mold it into something beautiful. My lashes have never looked and felt as good and healthy as they do now. I highly recommend Lash Studio Co, and praises go out to Monica!

I recently had a Brazilian and underarm wax with Melissa Stauffer at the Chandler location, and…read moreunfortunately, my experience was very concerning. During my entire Brazilian wax, Melissa did not wear gloves at any point. I also personally observed her reuse applicator sticks by placing them back into the wax after they had already made contact with my skin. She also wiped the area from back to front during the service. There was no cleansing or skin preparation before she began waxing. The waxing technique itself was also disappointing. Several areas were waxed repeatedly because the hair was not being removed adequately, which made the service much more uncomfortable than necessary. Despite the repeated passes, I still left with visible hair remaining in both my Brazilian area and underarms. I have had Brazilian waxes before, so I understand that techniques can vary between providers. However, my concerns here were primarily about sanitation and basic professional practices, not personal preference. I did contact management afterward, and I want to give them credit for how they handled my complaint. They responded promptly, acknowledged that my sanitation and service concerns were valid, apologized, and issued a full refund for both services. I genuinely appreciate their response. Unfortunately, my individual experience with Melissa was still concerning enough that I felt it was important to share for other clients considering booking waxing services.

Shannon works with me to design a plan specific to my needs and goals and my skin is looking its best ever, even at 37! My personal favorites when I want to relax and see lots of glow and plump are the Oxygen Glaze and SkinGym facials. My most frequent facial is a customized chemical peel to address my own needs of improvement. I hate the procedure for the machine spray tan. I looked up a place online that was all natural and would not irritate my sensitive skin. I could not remember what the girl's name is that took care of me but she was very personable, made me feel comfortable right away. she explained the colors and pricing and followed up to make sure that I did all the prep necessary before my spray tan. I wanted to tan nude so that I would not have any tan lines and was worried I would not feel comfortable, this was definitely not an issue. I went to Bronzed Humanity for the first time today, and let me tell you, i've found my SPOT. These girls are absolutely beautiful inside and out. I've never felt more comfortable or at ease in a salon before. Right off the bat, it feels relaxed, professional, clean and happy. These girls love what they do and are very well educated. I got a lash lift and a spray tan, and they made me feel so beautiful before AND after! They really care about you, your skin and your lashes and above all else, your comfortability. As an aesthetic/laser student, I can tell you that this place is exactly what you're looking for. Once i'm finished with school, i hope to work somewhere as amazing as Bronzed Humanity. I wanted to find an all natural solution to anti aging and I had Microneedling done with Malia. It was such a comfortable and rewarding experience thank you so much! She used top of the line products made in LA and explained every step of the way. She numbed me so it didn't hurt very much and she used a LED light after to calm my skin and help kill any bacteria. My face was a little red after which was to be expected but with her aftercare advice and products it healed up in a couple days and wow my skin looks so bright glowing and feels tighter after just one session!
