This employee has repeatedly given me dirty looks and attitude whenever I come in near closing, but tonight topped it off -- the lights were turned off before I could even get out of my car, meaning they closed early. For what customers pay here, that's unacceptable. If you're going to close before your advertised hours, then post the correct closing time. I was also planning to purchase lotions for my girlfriend's birthday tomorrow, so they lost that sale as well. I live near this location but would rather drive to the Bell location because the customer service is significantly better.

Tamara, my stylist was very professional and took good care of me. Took about 6 inches off my hair per my request. My first reaction was too much hair product because my hair felt sticky and I didn't like the way my hair was styled. I normally put a beach wave using a flat iron and light hairspray. I came home brushed out the product and restyled. Overall, the cut isn't bad and the service was professional.

I am very, very, very pale and Brenna is always able to achieve this wonderful dark brownish red color far from any humiliating telling orange tones. When I first moved to LA I tried finding a comparable spray tan even venturing to what was supposedly the "highest rated" spray tan in the country and had a terrible experience. The spray tan was so bad and so orange I called Brenna to ask what had happened. Can you imagine getting a spray tan so bad you call YOUR OTHER SPRAY TAN SALON IN A DIFFERENT STATE to figure out what happened. Bad very bad. Brenna has an uncanny ability to mix her different colors and products to create a really nice brown natural looking tan. Long story short , Bronzeology is the only option for anyone looking for a spray tan in Scottsdale. Brenna uses the best products available and really knows how to match her shades with the different skin tones to create the darkest most natural color possible. Do yourself a favor and use Bronzeology , for life. You won't be disappointed .
