Had to go to my bank for a refund after I asked to stop being charged and they continued to because the girl didn't properly take me out of the system. Edited to add the girls are also very rude , I used to live in California not too long ago and where I lived ,the top tanning salon had well over 100 customers that knew you and don't have to ask your name. They don't care here in AZ , they barely look at you. Hello basic customer service since you're sitting on your phone doing nothing maybe learn our names! Also in CA way better beds and amenities for $30 a month and rooms were always CLEAN and ready to go. So I scheduled an appointment early in the morning for a spray tan thinking I will get 15% off, just for me to go in there and for them to tell me it only applies to products they sell. Way too many negatives in my first experience with this place to want to do business with them. Brianna said she would call me back by the end of the day but didn't. When I called her back because I didn't receive a call back from her, she told me the manager would call me back but she said she had no idea when that would happen. The ease of the experience was top notch. One rave I have to mention is the fact that one of the reasons I usually shy away from sunless tan is due to the products odor. To my surprise, not only are the products natural and vegan, but they don't have any awful SMELL!! What?!
