This employee has repeatedly given me dirty looks and attitude whenever I come in near closing, but tonight topped it off -- the lights were turned off before I could even get out of my car, meaning they closed early. For what customers pay here, that's unacceptable. If you're going to close before your advertised hours, then post the correct closing time. I was also planning to purchase lotions for my girlfriend's birthday tomorrow, so they lost that sale as well. I live near this location but would rather drive to the Bell location because the customer service is significantly better.

The ease of the experience was top notch. One rave I have to mention is the fact that one of the reasons I usually shy away from sunless tan is due to the products odor. I am going to be using this company on a regular basis and my skin will be thanking me from saving it from the UVs. If you have an event or going on a trip, I highly suggest you try this out. I love this place but as of lately I've been having issues with payment and customer service. Which…read morethe customer service has always been great and the receptionists very polite. I've been coming here (for spray tans) for over 2 years, usually on Tuesday nights. A small while back I was getting ready to pay with my American Express card and it kept declining. The receptionist wasn't very helpful and looked at me as if I was a problem until eventually she told me that they don't accept American Express. No problem, I ended up using a different card or Apple Pay. However since this one time, every time I try to pay with a card it declines regardless if it's a visa, credit or debit, etc. I've tried with other payment types and it seems to decline all of them regardless. It's not an issue for me to pay with cash, however I prefer to pay with card as I write off my expenses here for taxes and it keeps me organized to pay with card. Last night I came in as usual and noticed the stickers available so while she was ringing me up I'd said I'd also like to grab a sticker (I didn't know they were free) and she looks at me (again, condescendingly) and says they're free. After, the usual issue ensues where all my cards and all the cards in my wallet on Apple Pay decline. I tell her I'm not sure what's wrong because I don't experience this anywhere else to which she replied, "and you're the only person that we have this issue with so I don't know what the problem is" It's not that I have an issue with the problem occurring but the lack of courtesy and/or trying to find or offer a solution. Simply put, she was unnecessarily rude to me on multiple occasions.

Definitely needed a boost of color, so I decided to get a spray tan to speed up the process. The salon was nicely air conditioned, not stuffy at all like some salons can be. The rooms are a good size to move around in. When I came in, Zoe was super welcoming and very thorough. She made sure I knew all the available options. She got me set up with a red light therapy session before my spray tan and that was a delightful little break. The red light therapy bed helps improve circulation, support skin health, collagen production, and can help with acne. It also gives a nice little vibration. It is supposed to help you feel revitalized and I can say it was really relaxing. The spray tanning booth was great because it was the kind that gives you step by step directions. Those, partnered with the helpful demo Zoe gave me, helped me feel like I wasn't going to have a Ross Geller situation (obligatory millennial Friends reference, for those who know). Luckily the spray itself wasn't freezing cold like it can be sometimes and the up and down dryer cycle blew warm air. The spray was nice and even and didn't leave streaks or big globs anywhere. The booth cleaned itself while I was drying off and getting dressed. Easy as could be. I will be back again to try the other beds since it was an overall good experience.
