The ease of the experience was top notch. One rave I have to mention is the fact that one of the reasons I usually shy away from sunless tan is due to the products odor. I am going to be using this company on a regular basis and my skin will be thanking me from saving it from the UVs. If you have an event or going on a trip, I highly suggest you try this out. Definitely needed a boost of color, so I decided to get a spray tan to speed up the process. The salon was nicely air conditioned, not stuffy at all like some salons can be. The rooms are a good size to move around in. When I came in, Zoe was super welcoming and very thorough. She made sure I knew all the available options. She got me set up with a red light therapy session before my spray tan and that was a delightful little break. The red light therapy bed helps improve circulation, support skin health, collagen production, and can help with acne. It also gives a nice little vibration. It is supposed to help you feel revitalized and I can say it was really relaxing. The spray tanning booth was great because it was the kind that gives you step by step directions. Those, partnered with the helpful demo Zoe gave me, helped me feel like I wasn't going to have a Ross Geller situation (obligatory millennial Friends reference, for those who know). Luckily the spray itself wasn't freezing cold like it can be sometimes and the up and down dryer cycle blew warm air. The spray was nice and even and didn't leave streaks or big globs anywhere. The booth cleaned itself while I was drying off and getting dressed. Easy as could be. I will be back again to try the other beds since it was an overall good experience.

Because of this the pricing process was not explained properly. The prices are not worth the services. They lie about having certain amenities at other locations , you then go to that location they say no it's at this one . They just all seem really confused and not properly trained. I pray you never have to deal With their fake customer service number that conveniently never answers, responds, or has room in their voicemail . Had to go to my bank for a refund after I asked to stop being charged and they continued to because the girl didn't properly take me out of the system. Edited to add the girls are also very rude , I used to live in California not too long ago and where I lived ,the top tanning salon had well over 100 customers that knew you and don't have to ask your name. They don't care here in AZ , they barely look at you. Hello basic customer service since you're sitting on your phone doing nothing maybe learn our names! Also in CA way better beds and amenities for $30 a month and rooms were always CLEAN and ready to go. Not digusting / hard to look at while also always having to wait on a girl to clean when no one is in there. I like to be in and out . Such simple stuff.
