In return I would like a machine that works. I use the Versaspa when it actually works. The location only has 1 Versaspa at that site. It works a couple weeks than goes out. This has been going on for 5 plus years. Palm Beach does not invest the money needed to fix or purchase a new one. I was told recently it was due to the previous manager. That is not true. I stopped in today 7/9/25 and once again the Versaspa doesn't work. I don't think the cause of the ongoing equipment issues is because the high turnover or bad equipment. Palm Beach does not want to invest in purchasing equipment that actually works. Palm Beach just wants you to keep paying for a membership you can't use. POOR SERVICE

I had no idea there was a range of ways to tackle a lash lift and I've had this done plenty of times before and no one ever asked! Isabella walked me through what to expect but to be honest, her instructions provided upon booking gave me that insight so even ahead of your appointment you are aware of what to expect as well as provided aftercare instructions! I love this as sometimes people verbally provide and I just forget immediately lol! At a beauty care spot, I always look for clean! Isabella's space was immaculate. I appreciate that the space was ready for me upon arrival! My lash lift and tint are the BEST I've ever had done. I am now 4 days post appointment and followed the aftercare instructions; they still look amazing! Booking is incredibly easy and I love how you can receive the paperwork ahead of the appointment so you don't have to complete there. After a brief google and Yelp search, I decided to try out The Bronzetique and I was not let down! The studio was super easy to find w the helpful directions given, and I was even able to be seen a bit early which was fab. Stefani was extremely thorough w the airbrush and we had a great conversation too! After showering, I could immediately tell that this was one of the best quality tans I've ever had, the color was perfect and exactly what I was looking for and it was SO even throughout! I had my event last night, and the color hasn't faded at all (got my tan on Tuesday morning so it's been about 3 days).
