In return I would like a machine that works. I use the Versaspa when it actually works. The location only has 1 Versaspa at that site. It works a couple weeks than goes out. This has been going on for 5 plus years. Palm Beach does not invest the money needed to fix or purchase a new one. I was told recently it was due to the previous manager. That is not true. I stopped in today 7/9/25 and once again the Versaspa doesn't work. I don't think the cause of the ongoing equipment issues is because the high turnover or bad equipment. Palm Beach does not want to invest in purchasing equipment that actually works. Palm Beach just wants you to keep paying for a membership you can't use. POOR SERVICE

I had a huge…read morecostume gala to attend back home in NYC this weekend and knew I needed to get my tan done while I was still in Plano (no one does tans like TX). After a brief google and Yelp search, I decided to try out The Bronzetique and I was not let down! The studio was super easy to find w the helpful directions given, and I was even able to be seen a bit early which was fab. Stefani was extremely thorough w the airbrush and we had a great conversation too! After showering, I could immediately tell that this was one of the best quality tans I've ever had, the color was perfect and exactly what I was looking for and it was SO even throughout! I had my event last night, and the color hasn't faded at all (got my tan on Tuesday morning so it's been about 3 days).
