Love coming here! The front desk gals are always extremely sweet and knowledgeable about all of the services. They give the best advice on what to do. The space is clean and bright, the door is open so it isn't stuffy at all. I typically come for the spray tans and the color is always amazing!! The only thing I would do is put up a sign inside the spray tan machine with written directions bc sometimes I don't pay attention to the verbal directions coming from the machine and I end up missing a step. Other than that I have zero complaints. They provide napkins, hair nets and hair ties inside the room. I have been coming here since 2018. Best tanning salon in the peninsula truly. Incredibly clean, great quality lotions, and I have achieved my color all year long. While people may say they're pricey, it's worth every penny and all the beds (high quality beds), spray tanning perks you have access to. 10/10. (I'm a high pressure bed kind of girl) This is also the only salon I know of that truly upkeeps their beds. The lightbulbs, being hygienic etc. Love the staff as well. I will not go anywhere else. So I usually start a tan regimen about 1 month before a vacation, since they all involve the sand and ocean!!! A girlfriend of mine suggested Bronze , said she paid $50/month for unlimited. That's unheard of... I go in, I sign up, I pay a bit more than that $50 but I can do any bed, anytime, at BOTH LOCATIONS, and I can cancel whenever No contract. Girls are really sweet, even when I fell asleep with my headphones on snd they thought I'd died... hahaa. All to say my vacation was back in June but I'm staying the summer out with unlimited tans. I have nothing bad and everything good to say about this place! Every single person I've met has been so nice and helpful. Morgan helped me on the first day and she was soooo sweet, down to earth, and took plenty of time explaining the various pricing options and giving me a tour of the salon. I could give this place five stars just based on her service. Also, the prices are reasonable. Definitely not the lowest I've seen, but you get what you pay for and this place is clean and as you can see from other pictures, has some cute freebies like spray deodorant when you're done. If you plan on going a few times, it's definitely cheaper to do a month membership for ~40/month rather than pay for single sessions. I believe there is a $40 short term membership sign up fee, but if you have the membership for six months that fee is waived. They also have another location in Redwood City which I have yet to try, but if I'm in that area for some reason I will definitely stop by and check it out. Pro tip: unless you're made of money, don't buy any lotions from any tanning salon ever. Take a picture of the one you like and buy it WAY cheaper on amazon. read more

I love tanning here! Excellent customer service, clean environment, and the bulbs are always up-to-date. It's a little pricy, but you pay for what you get. Immediately walking-in, I was greeted by Cienna and she really took her time explaining the different packages to me. She even patiently explained all the different lotions to me. I felt no pressure to buy anything and no pressure to stop asking questions. It's rare you go somewhere where customer service is excellent. Lastly, they provide you with spray deodorant to use, baby wipes, cute little tanning stickers (I don't use them, but they are cute), and a bottle of cold water. First off, CUSTOMER SERVICE... I am always amazed on how every single rep in this place has the best customer service I have ever seen in any business. They are soooo nice and so helpful! They are also super accommodating :) The manager Morgan, that's my go to girl! She basically knows my skin now and knows what minutes I need in each kind of bed. She also completely held my hand through my first spray tan experience here, as I had a nightmare of an experience at a different salon years ago. It came out AMAZING and spray tans are my go to for any event now! They have also done a great job with COVID precautions. Only been once and once I got it figured out ( tanning newbie) it was great. This review is more for their customer service, especially Morgan I went in yesterday and got the 5 session high impact stand up package- I felt like it was expensive but I have not tanned before and had no idea about prices. Come to find out, the girl who helped me yesterday ( she was sweet ) never told me about the monthly membership- which is a way better investment. I called today just to see if I could possibly get my account switched around to the monthly and Morgan was SO nice and helpful. She took my info and called me right back, taking my payment from yesterday and putting it towards a three month membership. They don't maintenance there beds. I complained to the manager that they have had a bed that had 4 lights out for the past 4 months. And she said there was some wire problems, so they haven't fixed. I said, well how can you let customers go in it while it doesn't work properly? She said, well there is only 4 bulbs out. I said, that's exactly why you need to fix it, and not take my money on a faulty bed that doesn't work properly. Most all the beds lights are very poor as well. Unbelievable read more

I came here last week for the Veraspray and thought it might work for a bodybuilding show, but I was REALLY wrong, I wasn't nearly dark enough. Now to be fair, these guys have a clean and friendly service with reasonable prices at $35 per session. If your looking for a quick and basic bronze tan for a vacation, the Veraspray will get you there hands down. It'll take you 15 minutes to get sprayed, let it set for 6-7 hours and your good to go. BUT, if your going to do a bodybuilding show, MAKE sure to get the tanning service at the show, the color is extra extra dark, the Veraspray tan will get washed out on stage (you'll look ghost white, since the lights are EXTREMELY bright) and not show any cuts or muscle striations. Live and learn. I'll definitely be back for another session, when I need some extra color :) read more
