    On July, 28, 2023 I was encouraged to end my lease for a better deal however, I received a horrible deal. I was promised a higher credit score and the ability to trade in with higher value. However, I gained negative equity and a lower credit score. I was promised gap insurance which I do not have. Recently, on 12/23/2023 I went to Bronx Kia in hopes to trade in my car, I was offered to buy a car worth $19,000 for $32,000. Why are they preying on good people? I am displeased with the misrepresentation of Bronx Kia dealership. Bronx KIA deliberately conducted fraudulent behavior with deceptive advertisements, swindling sales practices and contract fraud. It is highly unethical for salespersons to lie to consumers for financial gain. It is unethical to not honor verbal agreements that were made with the sales person. Upon further review of my recent visit with Bronx Kia, I am displeased with the misrepresentation. They are the experts why swindle existing customers into an unfortunate deal. Good People: The attached photos you will see that the new deal is not better. I learned a valuable lesson. Every skin folk aint kin folk. Dont focus on the monthly payment. Focus on the value of the car and good luck. Nobody should be mistreated or misrepresented . Period. Straight robbery. They wouldn't sell this crappy deal to a family member. smh

    Kia Sportage

    I called this Kia dealership and spoke with Trish over the phone. She was great and made an appt. for me for the following day at 3:15pm with Amy. Amy was very knowledgeable. She listened to us and answered all our questions. We test drove a Kia Sportage and the Kia Soul but because of a recent car accident we chose to go with the bigger car. We also spoke with Jim in finance who also answered all our questions and gave us the lease option with the promise of paying monthly on the lease to be able to lower our payment in a few months. Amy and Jim both gave us their phone numbers. Amy has been very responsive to all my calls and texts. I have asked her so many questions and she has always replied quickly. I value her consistency and dedication. Everyone at this dealership was very professional and friendly. I recommend this Kia dealership.

My mechanic at Hunts Point Auto gave me a tune up, but said, "soon that transmission is going to shut down, and sure enough in May 2022, I was stranded on the Cross Bronx Expwy. I was able to maneuver the vehicle to Hunts Point Auto, where I was given the news that The vehicle needed a transmission replacement. The mechanic said both a new transmission, and labor would cost me 3,000 each. Not having a heavy budget, a relative recommended CARVANA. When I read their offers, I felt excited. I filled-out and submitted all the documents and photos th requested. Many times I would not hear from them for weeks. During this process, I would remind them that the vehicle needed the transmission replaced. When I would call, they would request that I send documents I already submitted. Finally, in early June, 2022, I received an e-mail stating that I've been approved, and to drive my disabled vehicle to Greenwich Connecticut, where I will receive a check. AGAIN, I called, and REPEATED to the rep, "I NEED A TOLL TRUCK!!!" I even asked the rep if I can hire my own tow truck to drop off the vehicle to them. The rep replied, "YOU MEAN YOUR CAR DOES NOT RUN?" I replied, YES!!!! I'VE BEEN TELLING YOU THIS SINCE I STARTED!!!" The rep put me on hold, and went to speak with his higher-ups. After a 15 minute wait, the rep returns to tell me that CARVANA will not accept my vehicle. After listening and reading so many advertisements about this company, and how they take any car at ANY CONDITION, it's a lie!!!! After a week of researching, I came across CASH for CARS. After careful review, I decided to try them. WHAT A QUICK TURN-AROUND!!! 15 minutes after completing an online application, I receive a call from Ralph Milone. Mr. Milone was so professional in describing the procedure. He asked basic questions about the vehicle, and I explained the situation. Mr. Milone kept the promise of the company. "WE TAKE ANY VEHICLE, RUNNING OR NOT!!!" It went so smoothly, that Mr. Malone wanted to schedule a pick-up the very next day. I told him to give me an xtra day so I can prepare the paper-work. Mr. Malone and I agreed on pick-up the following day, and sure enough, the flat bed truck was there on time, picked-up the signed TITLE, and other docs, handed me a paper check, and the rest is history. Thank you Mr. Milone, and Cash for Cars, for your swift and professional response. God bless!!!

I came in for a oil change today , in 2019 I came to get my car repaired and walked out with a brand new car that I didn't like and it was too small. Lesson learned! So I called last night to get an appointment. Not needed. Okay, I came today and the guy asks if I have an appointment. We spoke and he says drive to fast track = quick oil change. Another guy took my keys, told me that he would send me a link for the finance program for auto repairs. I get a text trying to lure me into buy a car. Like I said lesson learned. Nobody hardly speaks and if they do, look away quick. Sitting in the waiting area, I started feeling hood and gangster. The radio playing loud enough to accommodate the entire show room floor. When I arrived the trade in manager was more concerned about getting me into a new car and rushing through appropriately leading me to the service department (which is separate from the address provided). It took an hour for the Service department to get all my correct details for this reason. After being told it would take about two hours I returned to the service department to be met with "I called you. They need you to drop it off when you leave it all day." There was no voicemail from the number and it does not come up as a Nissan number (how was I supposed to know it was Nissan). They needed 5 hours to be able to do the diagnostic (my car had been there since 10AM and I told them I was available to 4:00PM--6 hours). I told them I was unavailable to return before my end lease date because of personal health issues and scheduling to still to be met with no resolution (other to take the car home and try to have it towed to another Nissan while recovering from surgery) and wasted time. This is completely unacceptable and I am happy they're closing.
