The place wasn't properly cleaned when I moved in, I had issues with hot water and was threatened with legal action, and now they're taking $455 from my security deposit even though the property is a million times cleaner now than it was when I moved in. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value being treated fairly as a tenant.

This is a review of a recent interim Manager for Bowriver Townhomes:…read more Mariana has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to the residents of Bowriver Townhomes. Her ability to manage responsibilities with such competence and care has not only met expectations but far exceeded them, making her an absolute pleasure to work with. In comparison, the previous four managers (including the current) have unfortunately fallen short in several key areas, which makes Mariana's outstanding performance even more remarkable. We will certainly miss her.

I asked to refund me the owner the remainder and they advised me it was against the law. Do you believe that? The tenants moved out early knowing that they left the place in a terrible state. Would they be expecting any money back. I do not think so. They kept over $800. and did not use money for professional cleaning of the condo. I spent a week cleaning myself. They have a lot of great tools and a productive team. I would like to give a shout out to Paula Manriquez for filling some big shoes of a manager that left Fs, we get a lot of projects and things done. Things are rock solid and taken care of quickly, efficiently and the building owners are very happy. I also am so impressed with how quickly the accounting department pays my small business. Crystal Johnson has been very helpful with the vendor department providing an amazing platform on when building cleaning bids come up. Catherine Litke, Jessy Nickolas, Hanna Litke, Marci Halldorsson are top notch on helping us with guest suite bookings and moving schedules. It's been such a good flow of communication so we can keep our clients happy. Brenda Briant is by far the most wonderful front of house first service representative I have ever worked with. She deals with a lot of different energy's and always keeps a calm, professional and caring administrator. I am so happy having such great people to help me with my busy cleaning business and even though first service is a very large national company; they do well because we work together as a community. Thank you.

Our condominium management hired them, but since then, I have noticed very poor service and communication. The backyard cleaning has not been properly taken care of, and I have submitted multiple service requests without receiving any response or follow-up. It is also very difficult to reach anyone by phone, as there often seems to be no one available to answer calls. I can only speak from my experience as a resident, but so far, the level of service has been very frustrating. I honestly don't understand how a company with this level of communication and follow-through continues to get business. I hope the condominium management reviews the situation and considers whether this company is meeting the expected service standards.
