These guys are great! I've had to call them several times to have cars parked in my private, reserved, leased residential parking spot towed. There are at least four no parking signs posted in my apartment's small parking lot. When i get home late at night, I expect to be able to park in the spot I pay for! Great company who helped me out in a time of need. When my Chrysler locked up and wouldn't move they came quickly and helped me out when I had called multiple other companies who seemed irritated that I called at 9pm. I feel as though the husband and wife team went above and beyond a normal tow to get me and my car back home. I will be using them for all my future needs. read more

Beware. These guys can't even tow correctly. They ripped up the plastic bumper and the undercarriage of our car and caused the metal to buckle because the neanderthal that towed the car couldn't put the dolly on the front wheels correctly - they actually hooked it on the plastic bumper and left the markings that clearly show what happened - then faked the pink slip to say we already had damage there. When I called them on it they just told me to deal with insurance. They have no pride in their work - how pathetic can you be? They couldn't be more dumb. We will be filing against them in small claims court and we can pull the recording off the camera off the back of the apartment building to show exactly what happened. read more

Horrible Horrible Horrible stay away these people. They are predatory at best on customers and victims. Also a cash only business with a Sanford and Sons tow truck and address they give is not even correct. Payment was $201 cash no making change either - really. I am reporting them to the IRS and Denver impound for not even requiring true proof of ownership for the vehicle. If you own a business and looking to hire these people ask for a portion of revenues or better yet hire a real company with real equipment and a real address, at least if you are going to tow people's cars have it done by professionals. I can not write enough negative things about them but promise they will regret the day we met. read more

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. If you are a vehicle owner in need of towing services, I would advise you to avoid this company, as they will likely find reasons to increase your fees by unreasonable amounts. If you are a business owner, I would also advise you to avoid doing business with Bronco's. They will think that your contract gives them free reign to extort money from vehicle owners at every turn, which in turn will lead many people to blame you for their negative experience with this company. Details of my experience are as follows: My vehicle was involved in an accident and was not driveable, so I left it in a vacant property's parking lot overnight. I was not able to locate any signs in the lot referring to parking policies. The insurance assessor was not able to get to it the next day, so I left it overnight the following night with a note and my phone number. The next day, however, the owner signed off on a tow with Bronco's citing a single sign on the opposite end of the lot in front of an occupied business. I spoke with the business owner and he agreed that it was a mistake and told me he did not expect them to tow it so quickly, as they had previously taken 1-2 days to tow other vehicles in the lot. Unfortunately, the car had already been taken to an 'unmanned' yard at 41st and Blake. The owner of Bronco's towing -- Joe -- would not agree to give my assessor access to the vehicle without a $50 "service call" fee, which would be added to an existing tow and impound bill of almost $250. After extensive negotiation with the property owner and Joe, it was agreed that my insurance assessor could inspect the vehicle Monday morning and would not be responsible for the $50 fee. Upon arriving, however, he was advised that the total cost to release the vehicle would be nearly $450, including fees for "storage" over the weekend. All in all, we were never able to get a straight answer from Joe or from Bronco's Towing and they ultimately ended up charging nearly double the total that was quoted on Friday by effectively forcing us to wait until Monday to inspect the vehicle. This seems an awful lot like extortion to me. It is clear to me that Bronco's Towing's MO was to tow my vehicle as quickly as possible in order to gain leverage and charge additional fees, which is a bad business model. I have asked the property owner, who was extremely apologetic for what happened, to speak with the owner of Bronco's, but I think it is unlikely that they will reimburse any of these costs. I believe their business model is based on hidden charges and unreasonable expectations. Owners should be allowed to inspect their vehicles before paying tow charges, so the same courtesy should be extended to people acting on their behalf. Delaying the process in order to increase storage fees is blatantly unethical. Bronco's towing fees are excessively high, which appears to be an opportunistic move designed to take advantage of vehicle owners simply because property owners have signed off on tow orders. After speaking extensively with the owner of the property where my vehicle was towed from, I do not believe he was aware of Bronco's Towing's deceptive practices and excessive fees. I also do not believe that Bronco's Towing is an honest or trustworthy business and, as noted above, do not recommend utilizing their services in any capacity. read more
