(520) 269-6930. You will notice first, that it has easy access and is appealing and clean. I was getting ready to leaving my residence and noticed a flat tire, roadside service arrived and would not put on my (new never used) spare - it was outdated, however they did inflate the tire. I left home and with limited time to get the tire fixed I noticed Bronco Auto Repair and pulled in and asked if they fix flats. While we sat in our vehicle (for a whopping 15 minutes) they repaired my tire and I was back on the road. WOW, my wife and I were amazed at the cost - ZERO Dollars and ZERO Cents. Now that my friends is unheard of and worth mentioning. Thank you BRONCO auto repair!! The customer service and quality of work was unheard of given the now day and age of the shotty auto repair businesses. I took time out from my business to have a vehicle towed for a flat tire so Geico set me up with these people. I was told they would be there around 12:30 and nearly 30 minutes later, they had not shown up, and there was no courtesy call from Bronco Towing. I called Bronco and was told they were "running behind" and it would be another 20-30 minutes. I told them to forget it, I had things to do. The dispatcher asked me to leave the key under a mat which is not an option and I wasn't going to leave the gate to our home open either. Shortly after hanging up with them, I received a call from Geico and they stated Bronco was on the line and they were reporting that I no longer needed a tow. I corrected them and told her I no longer wanted to WAIT for their tow. I suppose they get some kind of kickback when a client cancels. Some advice to Bronco Towing. You have a dispatcher. When you are unable to meet the time a client has been told, you need to call that person and let them know. Not 20, 30, 60 minutes later, but BEFORE the time promised. I own a business and I make it very clear to my employees that if they are running late, to provide the courtesy to the person who pays their salary, and let them know you are running late. It's that simple. Your time is not more valuable than your client. I will make certain you are never used for any future towing needs, both business and personal. Terrible tow company, the driver showed and I could tell he wasn't all there. My daughters car broke the lower ball joint, I knew it would take someone with some experience to do this tow. The driver first drug the car forward and buckled the fender with the tire, after yelling for him to stop, he acted like air headed. Then he went to the rear of the car and started to drag it backwards and the tire buckled the bumper, separating the bumper from the fender. Now the car is blocking two lanes of traffic after it was in the bus lane. The police show and had to stop traffic so the driver could drag my car up on the flat bed grinding the bumper on the very coarse pavement , now in the meantime he I think touched every panel of the with his greasy hands including the steering wheel and shifter. Now we finally get the car home, the driver couldn't figure out how to off load it, he want to just slid it off the flat bed and leave it on the ground, but I could only help so much but we managed to get it off the truck he said he could fix my car, now does anyone think for a heartbeat I was going to let him repair my car after the damage he just did? read more

This was one of my worst experiences with a auto repair shop. I went in with failed emissions. The scanned all parameters and sensors, found several active codes, inspected fuel rail pressure sensor connector was loose on sensor, cleaned pins and re-secured sensor then road test for 85 miles took to emissions and passed. $367.50 in labor $20 in parts and $2 hazmat fee. 391.24 DMV says repairs cannot be more than 300. I got robbed and on top of it. When I picked up the car Albert said, "your car is fast". WTF who says that to a customer. I will not be going back read more

I had a blowout on desert highway 79 with my 80 year young mother.It was at 6pm and starting to get dark and pretty much deserted.The blowout was scarey enough.Anyway Geico contracted Bronco Towing to change my tire.Make a long story short Taylor from Bronco was extremely professional but beyond that she was compassionate and reassured me that I would not be left there ..She even gave us her personal cell phone number. My car broke down and I called Geico to arrange for a tow. I called at 7:39 PM on a Friday night. Geico informed that it would be an hour and that the driver would call when he/she was within 15 minutes. Ok, not great, but ok. I called Bronco Towing at 8:57, which is what Geico advised to do. Dispatcher informs that they are short-handed tonight and that I am next in line. She explains that the driver has to drop off a motorcycle and that is not a difficult drop. More time passes and I try to call Geico. No answer (super long wait). Call Bronco at 9:45 PM and dispatcher explains that driver is on his way. I ask for more specifics and she cannot give me any. I will say that she maintained her cool, bu was no help at all. Said she doesn't know what the drivers are doing when they are on the road. I end up leaving my vehicle, unlocked in a empty Tucson parking lot. Bronco gets two stars, because i can't vouch for the performance of the drivers, except to say that two plus hours for a tow is too much. Maybe Geico needs to have more companies under contract. Geico will get to listen to me whittle some poor support rep and maybe change my coverage. read more

Stopped in at Bronco on Craycroft because they took over the shop from Tucson Car Care. Talked to the manager who told me it would cost me $90 to hook my car up to the computer to find out what's wrong. Told him I don't pay those fees. Those machines are to make their job easier. He told me he'd get me the codes for free. So I have him the keys to my car. 15 minutes later he starts to tell me the codes, tells me one (there are 3 written down) and says it's for emissions and then takes a call and wanders away for another 5 minutes. When he gets back he says it's his job to earn my business and if that means not charging me for a diagnostic then he won't charge. Not two minutes later he tells me he'll only charge me $45! Got my keys back and left. Found out that he lied to me about Tucson Car Care going out of business too. They're on Miracle Mile now. Went to Mark & Larry's on Fifth and they ran the codes for free and told me that the gas cap needed to be tightened. Fixed everything, got a hug and a smile and sent on my way. I have called them numerous times about towing mysterious cars parked in my gated apartment complex and cars parked for hours in our fire lanes, and they have not once towed them. However, last night they unjustly towed my own rental car parked in my covered parking space! These people are thieves. read more

Gieco called these guys to tow my truck this fri and sun. Apparently my mechanic shop didn't fix it properly but that's another story. The guys were great. Bronco Towing doesn't deserve any stars let along any awards. They occasionally tow vehicle that are not illegally parked and hold them for ransom. I have talked to two people who have been caught up in their scam. That is why people avoid downtown Tucson. Bronco is allowed to continue this practice despite complaints to the city and police. I had a flat tire and my roadside assistance is through geico. They called bronco towing to come fix my flat tire. I was told by geico that their contract states that the company would respond within an hour. After an hour had passed and no Bronco towing. I called Bronco and was told that the truck had other calls ahead of me. When I mentioned that geico told me 1 hour, he said we try to respond in one hour but no guarantee. Called geico, they called Bronco and were told that someone would be there in 15-20 minutes. 20 minutes later still waiting, called geico, who called Bronco and they said they would be there in 15 minutes. I told them not to bother. By the time I got off the phone, it had been almost 2 hours. Why say you'll be there in an hour, or 15 minutes if you're not going to show up. Totally disgusted, will make sure if I ever need roadside assistance that Bronco Towing is not called. read more
