Champion home builders, they refuse too review the layout changes that we ask for. Also all the outlet's should have been standard, save and ready to be hookup, it look more like a 3 year did it. In which it cost us more out of our pockets, because Randy and Kelly LIED, CON and CHEATED my husband. We have one year too send a list of what needs to be corrected, it's a long list. My husband called in regarding no light's in the guest bedrooms and bathroom in which that should have been taken care of quick it was flickering off and on was unable to control the switch. Lucky my husband knew what he had to do. I am ANGRY, Example the electric wire was incorrectly put right near my porch and SRP came put a pole and wire it up. It will cost me between 30,000 + to have it removed. I can't sit out on my porch, I did cry, cause Randy told us that the pole will be on the left side of the house away from any windows and doors. Now I feel unsafe. Truthfully, Champion builders and Randy should pay to have it removed. I believe in prayers and beside NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR OUR GOD. If I have to pay, so be it. Dave ,so not only is Randy a liar you are too.I never raised my voice or cussed .I was explaining what Randy had said to me and he got aggressive with me.I know the water heater problem could not be predicted and do not blame you for it BUT I was told that there was a air handler and I would have to get the outside part.I didn't make any demands because I quickly realized talking to Randy was a lost cause. Heres what people need to know about this company if you buy a used mobile from them you are not able to obtain FHA financing because its been moved twice once from who they bought it from and than to your location. Buyer beware they should disclose this to people and they do not tell you. The rules state you can not break the marriage line of the home. Only if it was placed once like a brand new one can you get FHA financing that makes it very difficult, you have limited lenders at higher rates to loan you the money. I bought a used mobile home from Bronco about three weeks ago. It's a 1987 and Kelly was my sales rep. I went with bronco because it was hard to find a used mobile home in my area that was not complete junk and I thought by going with a dealer I would have somebody that would back their product whether it was used or not. Kelly was very nice and very helpful throughout the whole buying process she assured me that the house would have nothing wrong with it other than some small dings. I asked her if there was anything that we should know about or be alarmed about with the home and she said no that it was in very good condition and had been refurbished. We paid $27,500 before delivery fees and this home should've been completely ready to go. When the home arrived it was leaning on the axles. It traveled all the way from Mesa Arizona to Campo ca. Like that. They almost could not get it in our gate because it was leaning. The driver told me that the dealer was supposed to put it on a larger axle because it was on a axle that was too small. But when he got there they had it on the same axle and he had two blowouts trying to haul it here. I was charged $450 extra because of the blowouts. Bronco homes should've had the house on the correct axle. The cabinet doors do not look to be original. I have pictures of the cabinet doors. Where the doors meet the hinges, they are torn up all we had to do was open them a couple times. One of the cabinet doors screws were stripped from the wood and it was barely hanging on the hinges. We are going to have to replace the doors The kitchen faucet was pouring water out from the center of the faucet. We had to replace the faucet right away. Then when we had a washer and dryer delivered they informed us there was no hole vent cut for the dryer! So my husband has to cut a hole in the bottom of the trailer so that we can vent the dryer. I'm not concerned about a little bit of termite wood rot under the trailer or the small holes in the walls from screws; bad paint job etc. that kind of stuff was expected from a used trailer If I had to do this over again I would've went ahead and bought a brand new trailer. Yes it would've been eight to $10,000 more but it would've been new and ready to go and we would not be dealing with these issues. If you are looking to buy from Bronco homes just know that they will help you tremendously to get the sale but once the sale is over they don't care. I asked Kelly for reimbursement for the issues we were having and she said she might be able to get us money back for the Faucet. But then I haven't heard a single word from her since then More things have come up since this. The water heater was about to rot through the floor. We had to get a new water heater and reinforce the flooring below it. The shower had a leak in it and was leaking under the shower around the toilet so the flooring in the bathroom is ruined and we had to put an all new brand new shower in.. That cost us closeto $5000! Two weeks ago there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling around the vent. Not a little leak, a big one. My husband had to go on the roof and patch it. This trailer has been a nightmare. Bronco homes sent me $1000 llike that's supposed to cover all the money and heartache we put into this. Steer clear of this place read more
