We had a home installed this year and all the people I have dealt with have been great. They were very friendly (of course so was I) and all my needs were taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend them for any mobile home install. Communication is Key. read more

Sloppy work. Did not bother to align home with lot lines and used trim material that warped into pretzels within a few months. They refused to accept responsibility for the warped trim. The also did not join the roof properly. When the wind blew the ridge shingles off, there was nothing under then but a big gap. read more

We worked with David Martin there. He is very arrogant and doesn't listen. He especially doesn't like to listen to women. When the home was initially delivered and his crew started moving it around, my wife advised him that due to the size of the house and the pad, it had to be placed very exactly on the pad. He did not instruct his crew to position the house where she advised him to. As a result, this caused the certification process to be delayed. I also worked with Butch Mitcham and he was much more pleasant to work with. I would do business with the company again but I wouldn't let David Martin near my house. read more

I had my home set up by Gleeson and the air-conditioning was not cooling my Master bedroom they came out and never went under the home they said it was due to being a used home but after having AL and Riley from Casa Grande come out they pulled out the ducting and AC unit to find out they didn't use a down discharge box ,they just glued the hose straight to the unit. They used off the unit a 14" to a 16" to two 12"s and was told it should have been the other way around and you not properly put together . My unit never wanted to shut off so My bills were higher and not cooling the whole house . Plus I was told the unit would be set on a concrete slab and was not its on wood that caved in . read more

The worst customer service. Dave came right out to look at our lot so they can give us an estimate, he was very nice to work with. Two months later I'm still waiting for an estimate. I made several phone calls and email the lady that answered just said it's on his desk. Butch finally took my call and said he couldn't get anyone to do the stem wall so we had him quote doing siding. Got the estimate and it was way out of line. Needless to say we found another company the next week that would do the work with a stem wall. read more

Non responsive company attitude. If they return phone calls, they have a thousand excuses for why something isn't done. "We are extremely busy" and that's "so far away" are two of their favorites. If that's the case, maybe they should be contracted with dealers over a certain distance. Pitiful. read more

The worse service ever. When you call & leave messages, no one returns your call. Gleeson Mobile delivered my house & I have had so much trouble with the siding on the house. I paid extra money to have this siding put on. I have contacted Gleeson Mobile several times & when someone finally answered, they told me when they got a chance they would come up & fix the siding. Could not tell me a day. Well now since then my siding has blown off the back of my house last night. I have to go out & pick up the boards off the lawn. I now have to find someone to put them back on. Never use Gleeson Mobile. I called the Home Outlet in Chandler where I purchased my Cavco home & he tells me that Gleeson Mobile is responsible for taking care of this. The young man answering the phone at Gleeson is extremely rude also. What a mess! read more

DON'T EVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! We paid in full for transportation from a manufactured home dealer in AZ to our property in Fallbrook, CA. We provided them with a local licensed home setter to communicate the terrain, location, etc. Our home was ABANDONED, UNLOCKED & UNSECURED on someone else's property, it was THREE DAYS before we were able to reach the transporter by phone & he said he had not returned our calls because "I was at the beach"! He did not come prepared with additional man power or equipment even though he had spoken to the local home setter/transporter. We provided this contact info back in February. WE HAVE NOT EVEN HAD AN APOLOGY! They definitely TOOK THE MONEY & RAN! SAVE YOUR MONEY & YOUR SANITY AND RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THESE PEOPLE. Shoddy workmanship!!! We had Gleeson set our new home 10 years ago. Yesterday we had a fountain erupt in our yard!!! Discovered that they had used cheap plastic pipe for our main water line from meter to house. The house itself has copper so they also used, 2 cheap plastic fittings and even a piece of black pipe which is supposed to be used for gas NOT water, to hook the cheap plastic up to the copper! Needless to say this was a expensive repair that we definitely shouldn't have had to deal with for years to come! Had they used copper for that main as they were supposed to this would not have happened! I can only Pray they did a better job with the gas lines! If you absolutely have to use this company. NEVER take your eyes off of them!!! Supervise every aspect and demand they do it right!!!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY: I did and it was a disaster. They did terrible work, no one was in charge. They left a a access grate off and drove around it to get out of the yard. They turned over a 100 gal. propane tank and left it. The concrete block work was done wrong, the excavator was in a big hurry and the house is sagging. They went over the estimate price (the house was in the same location) and on and on. I just wanted them to finish and leave. read more
