He found the issue, and told us he would get it in and fixed the next morning. This was above and beyond the treatment we have gotten at any auto shop, and we could not be happier with his repair. The follow up on how our vehicle was running by Scott was a great surprise as well. We have since been back for another repair, and have a few more we are trusting to Andy and Scott. When i found Whitney Motor Werkes I gave them a call and they said it would be no problem to replace my strut. My only mis step was I bought all the pieces they'd need and then found out they only work on cars with parts they provide. So, make sure yall don't spend the extra money on parts they can't use. Otherwise the mechanics went above and beyond to help make my experience a smooth as possible. They had my car for about an hour and I got it back with a new strut, an oil change, an inspection and they took the time to fix my hood lever. The young man who helped me was very helpful and nice and was respectful about all my questions

You can talk to my service manager." He knew we were taking about him. Bill his boss said it was a miscommunication... So Robert is just rude to all customers and Bill is on board with this? This place is horrible, don't give them any money. You have options in the area such as Grapone and Auto fare. Stay away from Unique Ford.

Actually he lied to me saying he was returning them and then texted me he left them in my back seat and I needed to return them. I bought them from him and he wouldn't give me a receipt! He did one of the two things I contacted him for, was late, ignored texts & had no consideration that he said he'd be there by 4pm but showed up 6:30pm & next day 9:30pm. I needed to get someone who knows how to fix a car hesitating to start and the rear rotors were his idea and never my priority. I'd like to put that money towards the hesitating issue. It's my call not his. And so he's keeping my money including all his up charges and the pads were $10 with front brake rotors purchase but he still charged me the full amount. Dishonest, Rude, Unprofessional. Do not go here.
