We had the Nashville Hot Deviled eggs to start, which they adapted to gluten free, and my daughter and I agreed that both the regular and gluten free were fantastic. The shrimp was hot off the grill/fryer and the egg was creamy and lightly seasoned so that the shrimp was really the star. Add the sweet heat from the hot honey and it was such a great flavor trip. Then my daughter had eggs and bacon with sourdough toast that she enjoyed and I had the TBC Potato Hash with chorizo. The potatoes were nicely roasted with their skin still on so you had some chewy/crunchy bits and the eggs were yolky providing good cover when you cut them open over the hash. We would highly recommend a stop, the whole experience was great!

They do have just a few items for lunch. We started with specialty devil eggs that had chicken with a good sauce. We ordered the chicken salad sandwich on sour dough bread. They had ran out of croisssants. In fact they started turning away people coming in, due To shortage on food. Husband had a side of fruit which was good. I had potato salad , alittle different so not sure on it. Lots of dessert and cake to try. They also Have a outdoor patio.

We sat at the bar and they wiped off every single syrup dispenser, ketchup bottle, etc. I had the pancake with bacon (ordered extra crispy). The pancake was enormous. And so good!! I'm a sucker for a great breakfast place, and this is among the best I've experienced. It's a…read morefairly small, homey place well south of the town of Branson. I recently returned a year after the first visit, and it hasn't changed a bit. The menu is extensive insofar as classic American fare is concerned, but this isn't the kind of place you'll find 4 clever variations on Eggs Benedict. Anything named after Benedict Arnold has no place in the Ozarks. A year ago, I ordered a western omelet, which commanded my attention and exertions for the better part of 20 minutes. The portions are definitely generous - the pancakes are the size of pizzas. If you're on Ozempic, either skip this place or confine yourself to a single slice of wheat toast. Some gals in the group demurely ordered half portions of biscuits and gravy, thinking a dainty portion would show dedication to preserving their girlish figures. These "half portions" filled the entire (largish) plate. I made a mental note to opt for this on any future visit, and that future arrived this week. Biscuits were country-good, and the gravy was substantial, not that watery stuff that is sometimes drizzled on Pillsbury-from-the-tube biscuits. If you're in Branson, head a little south of the dam to Hungry Hunter. Get there early, because this place is deservedly popular and there will probably be a wait. And the parking can be a bit contentious. It's not open on Monday or Tuesday.
