First visit to Harry's Pizzae Vino in Elkhart Lake was excellent! The lemon pizza featured lemon flavor, of course, but it was perfectly balanced with the flavors of the smoked mozzarella, basil, arugula, and EVOO! The Beef Marsala was rich, but not too rich, in flavor with very tender pieces of beef braised in a red wine reduction and accompanied by mushrooms, creme fraiche, basil, mozzarella, and a delicious Marsala demi drizzle The crust on both was perfectly crispy with a slight chew. They call it Roman style pizza, in that the dough is made fresh in-house in the same manner the traditional Roman pizza (think thick, rectangular pizza) dough is made, but as a "pie" shape, you get a light, crunchy edge and crispy thin crust. It was unlike anything I've had in the Milwaukee area. My friend and I also started with glass of Macedonian pinot noir and finished with a traditionally small pour of Vin Chaud, which is similar to mulled wine. Both were fantastic! There are some gems in Elkhart Lake, and Harry's is one of them. I highly recommend you add Harry's to your list when in or near Elkhart Lake. This is the same family that opened Harry's Prohibition Bistro and Harry's Diner in Sheboygan, which I've also enjoyed in recent years!

We took out Harry's and it was great!! Had to serve 25ish people and it was a hit. Super easy to…read moreorder ahead of time online and pick up that night. I would say a more "upscale" or wood fired pizza with crispy crust - however the pizzas run on the smaller side, so make sure to order more than normal. The veggie, pepperoni and cheese were huge hits with the family! I probably would skip the house salad next time as it was a small portion for catering a big party.

They have a ton of board games to play while you drink or wait for your food. Great place to meet up to wind down. I've been here twice, once for drinks and once for food. Great experiences both times. Service: Friendly and informative. They have a slim team but are incredibly efficient. Food: They pizza is incredible, the crust is untouchable. I ordered the Dirty Martini pizza (they don't have it anymore *cries in salty olive tears*). This pizza is one of a kind. If anyone else had this available in the Fox Valley I would go there every week to get my fix. It's salty, savory, creamy, crunchy and CRAVE-ABLE. We ordered one other pizza on the menu that is a standard offering, The 99 Corvette. This was okay but we both fought over who got more pieces of the Dirty Martini Pizza. I can't wait to come back here for more fun.

They do not have physical menus or servers to take people's orders; customers scan a QR code to get the online menu and order at the bar area. I can't speak to the craft beer and wine aspect to the restaurant, but they do offer some delicious craft sodas for people looking for nonalcoholic options. Although they have "normal" woodfire pizza choices (traditional pepperoni, cheese, etc.), the highlight is their rotating menu of inventive specialty savory and dessert pizzas. I found their "normal" pizza to be just ok, but the tomato soup pizza (Souper Slice) was incredibly flavorful and unique! It's definitely worth taking the leap of faith for some of their more out-there sounding pizza options. Since they have limited oven space to cook the pizzas, food can take a while to come out if it's busy. Plan ahead and use that time to relax and enjoy their drinks, or come during an off-peak time for less wait.

Excitement filled me as i aloud said "yasss can chat you up! Hello my 381st brewery!" I was warmly welcomed by friendly & knowledgable beertender Mikey. Staff Stephanie was nearby too. Mikey built me a flight. After making my way partially through the flight & beery chat, Mikey poured me a sample of Charlotte's Revenge Scotch Ale. Mmmmm so good!!! Of my flight, none of the six would i not order again but the Maibock was my victor!! Watch out for My Sophia....she is sly @ an easy drinking 9%. Mikey poured me a blue eyed blonde while telling me it was named for the owners wife. Boom....a few minutes later Mikey "thats the blue eyed blonde behind you". They had a brick oven but we didn't even discuss food. Mikey said they just celebrated 10 years last week, March 4th. They were originally right across the street as Mikey rattled off the store names where they were. Time got away from me so i didnt look @ merch. Thats my second visits task. I really like the tap room!! Spacious, lots of natural light, the exposed brick wall, the kitchen right there and a really big bar. The brew house just outside the tap room. I like the Wisconsin shaped flight paddles. When looking @ my flight list i asked the order? Mikey pointed out there is a tiny "map" on the sheet! I appreciated that w all the rising prices Knuth still offers a reasonable flight of $2 pours! I asked Mikey how to pronounce Knuth? Then forgot to ask its definition or how the owner came up w the name? Knuth checks all the boxes! Delicious beer, fantastic staff, comfortable digs, easy parking & just an all around good vibe! Thanks Mikey & Knuth for providing such a delicious & great experience; looking forward to my next visit, cheers!

Ripon has nice things!…read more My wife and I went to Knuth today, Had a couple of their beers each, and we both agreed that they were great (especially the coffee stout!). The taproom is modern, well-lit, and has comfortable and spacious seating at the bar. Skylar was a great server, and we had a great conversation with him. Half of what sets one taproom apart from another is the service, and he was a great host. Will be back when in the area!
