But they do offer an exceptional pepper jerky that is still better than nearly any of the other butchers I've tried. A better price is key, but it's also just a better flavor. The burgers and even the employees who aren't a skilled worker still have more to offer than anyone calling themselves 'the butcher' at any of the Pic n Slave' (aka Copps) or really most grocery stores these days. Because you are assigned the meat department and know the difference between bologna and turkey doesn't qualify anyone as a butcher. (Unless you're in tRumps cabinet and are a teenage girl who wants to be treated like meat.) The place has the same vibe as an old village or town where it doesn't have anything absurd or flashy to draw in the Walmart crowd. By this I was able to get the ambiance checked off.
