Therefore, really just wanted the most affordable and fastest route. During consultation, I felt listened to and there was no judgment with my concerns. I was advised Invisalign would be recommended for my personal journey and I appreciated them explaining the differences to me. Unfortunately my insurance did not cover, but they had their own payment system so I could make monthly payments. I liked that there were options to make payments to accommodate to my needs. What sets them apart from other offices is how much attention to detail they are with making sure each client feels cared for. I received a note in the mail for starting my journey, and even for my birthday. Felt like they care about their patients versus just making money from us. They offer raffles and have many games to participate for a chance of winning cash or gift cards. Made the right choice coming here and will continue recommending this office to others.

From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy. The office runs so efficiently, they clearly explained the treatment plan, and they were completely upfront about costs, which I really appreciated. A special shoutout to Julie for being incredibly knowledgeable and taking the time to answer all of our questions, and to Kim, whose positive energy is absolutely contagious. Dr. Hanis was fantastic, and I truly couldn't be happier with our experience. My son will need braces in two phases, and I genuinely feel like we're in the very best hands. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontic team that truly cares about their patients!

This was my first dental appointment since his passing and my first time going to the dentist alone. I was very emotional and nervous walking through the door. From the moment I walked in, Emmanuel at the front desk made me feel welcome and comfortable. The dental assistants, Kenia and Violeta, were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. Dr. Saood was compassionate, understanding, and took the time to make sure I felt at ease. When I became emotional and started to cry, everyone treated me with genuine kindness, grace, and care. I am self-pay, and I was pleasantly surprised by their affordable dental membership plan, which helps significantly with costs. I will be getting a dental implant to replace a broken tooth, two fillings, and teeth whitening, and I feel confident that I am in excellent hands. The office itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. They even offer a comfort menu with options like weighted blankets, noise-canceling headphones, neck pillows, and other amenities to help patients relax during treatment. Most importantly, I never felt pressured or upsold on services I didn't need, which has been my experience at some other dental offices. Instead, they focused on what was best for my dental health and made me feel respected, heard, and cared for. I highly recommend Smile Avenue to anyone, especially those who struggle with dental anxiety. They truly go above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable and supported. Thank you, Emmanuel, Kenia, Violeta, and Dr. Saood, for making what could have been a very difficult first visit alone a positive and reassuring experience. I am truly grateful.

I thought it was nice of her to help me think of ways to get my daughter to her appointment.

I am 20 years old and a paying customer. This is coming out of my own pocket, not my parents'. Despite that, I was spoken to in a condescending way and over explained something as simple as making a payment, which felt unnecessary and disrespectful. Regarding my aligners, I was unhappy with the initial results and paid an additional $310 to receive more sets. I was given seven aligners and told that was all my teeth needed to be straight. After completing the seventh set, one of my teeth still had a visible gap. I am now being asked to pay another $310, when this could have been avoided if the correct number of aligners had been provided from the beginning. Overall, the professionalism has been disappointing. Staff are warm and patient with children and older adults, yet blunt and dismissive toward me. It feels as though I am brushed aside rather than treated as a paying adult patient. On top of this, appointment wait times are excessive. It is common to wait 15 to 30 minutes past a scheduled appointment time, even when arriving on time. I'm also having to wait over 15 minutes just to make a simple payment of 10 dollars. this should've been something that took 5 minutes.

They do seem to stand by caring for their patients completely, and it seems like my experience was simply an anomaly. -------------------- I truly wanted to have a positive experience with this practice, but unfortunately, I've had several disappointing interactions that I feel are important to share--both as a fair warning to others and in hopes that the practice may be open to resolving the concerns. 1. Lack of transparency and follow-up on payment information -- I've requested copies of the payment forms I signed eight times (once in person, multiple times by email, phone, and voicemail). Despite this, I've still not received any documentation or clear communication around fees--for orthodontic and dental work. 2. Delayed and dismissive handling of records -- After my initial visit with Dr. To, I waited nearly two weeks for answers to my follow up questions, and then decided to request my dental records so I could transition to a new provider. When I followed up today, I was asked to "be patient and wait a few weeks." This felt dismissive, especially given I am in pain and actively seeking timely care. Given the premium pricing and the promise of a holistic, patient-centered approach, I expected a higher level of service, compassion, and professionalism. Instead, I left feeling disregarded, disappointed, and disheartened. If the practice is open to making this right, I would be willing to discuss further. In the meantime, I hope this helps others make informed decisions about their care.
